If you need a sign to stop eating fast food just go here! This is my last time ordering here. 3 times now Iâve had a terrible experience. Order is always messed up, food always cold, hash browns just need to be off the menu because why do they taste like chemicals, and theyâre always cold! One time I went inside and stood for about 20 minutes while constantly reminding them my order isnât complete. Other customers started to speak up for me after noticing a few people order and receive their order before me while I waited for 20 minutes. Iâve only giving this pace as many chances as I have because itâs close to meâŠ. Unfortunately. I wonât be going back thatâs for sure.

Worst Tim Hortons i have ever been to anywhere in USA/CANADA !!!! Had to ask multiple times for my coffee. Got half my order. Young lady supervisor was offended just for being there. Lots of coffee shops. I will go elsewhere always so she can stay WOKE and lazy. Not even many customers here. She needs to stay home and have a good cry !!!

I ordered my iced cap,egg bites, and bagel at 12:56 I pulled to the window they gave me my iced cap, no bagel, no bites I sat for 15 min because it was raining I didn't want to get out I'm honking and honking by that point I'm thinking maybe something is wrong with the employee...cars have been pulling around me so I go in the girl is no where to be found another girl walks out and gets me burned egg bites and forgot a order, and a soft bagel with no butter never been to this location and never going back.. Complete trash!!! Needless to say I left the parking lot at 1:18 and that's crazy!

The worst âfastâ food experience. We went through the drive through to order 4 wraps. We were told the wraps would take time, we told them we had 10 minutes to wait and they assured us that it would not be more than 10 minutes.We then waited 20 minutes in the parking lot, went in to check on the food and were shooâed out being told âthe food was coming out of the oven now.â 10 more minutes later, we went in again to demand a refund. We were told we could be refunded but would not get our food.We go to this location at least once a week as itâs convenient but we will never go back. Itâs crazy how horrible the customer service is.The wraps werenât even ready 30 minutes after - talk about fast food!! We could have gone to a restaurant to sit down if the employee would have been honest and told us it wouldnât have been ready within 10 minutes.

Drove through for a đ© donut or some tidbits. In case you don't know what tim bits are, they're the little round balls from the center of the donuts, all kinds of flavors and all are yummy! If you get the chance, stop here and have some time bits...you won't be sorry!
