I’m at Tim Hortons They could not offer me any variety because they were out of a lot of things. I asked for jam or jelly for my sandwich and the girl said I’m sorry I’m new I don’t think we carry that. Another employee walked up and said that I would be charged $.69 for strawberry jam or jelly. I thought condiments was supposed to be free when you’re ordering. My sandwich was very dry. I’m very disappointed. I normally don’t make reviews, but I had to pull over and make this one while sitting here at Tim Hortons outside in the parking lot. I will not return to Tim Hortons again I guess I’ll just go to McDonald’s or Burger King next time.

Very disappointed that the last 3 times I went there I had problems with my order. I only went back because I had a coupon and my order was cold, coffee tasted like water, and I waited a long time for the rep to come back to the window to address my needs. She never took the watery coffee and after she remade my avacodo toast with cold bacon she shoved it towards me. I didn't even look at it the 2nd time because I was so late to work after sending 2 items back.

Me and my bf LOVE going there, as long as you have the app, its super easy to get coupons on like EVERYTHING and we love to dine in after school and just relax there. I recommend their drinks over their food, but my bf is in LOVE with their BLTs, and hes picky ? so if you like them, try them sometime. They got breakfast and lunch items.
