This is a phenomenal Tim Horton's with great customer service/friendly staff, good quality food, and a very clean environment. It's a great location that I frequent on Sundays before, after, and sometimes during church. I'm a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due and the crew that run this location deserve shout out for the amazing work they do. Keep up the great work!

The entire team is incredible, but I have to give special recognition to Nel, the manager. She goes above and beyond every single day—whether it’s keeping the store spotless, making sure orders are perfect, or just lifting everyone’s mood with her leadership. You can tell she truly cares about both her staff and the customers.
Joeline and Preston are rockstars too—always friendly, always professional, and they remember regulars like it’s second nature. They don’t just serve coffee; they serve kindness, efficiency, and a little bit of joy with every order. The teamwork here is unmatched, and it shows in the speed, accuracy, and positive atmosphere every time I stop in.

My service at the Tim Hortons on Central Avenue was so relaxing. The staff there was so kind and polite. The manager there was also amazing. She was so understanding and listened so well. I especially liked how amazing my food was. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee and both were amazing. All in all amazing experience.
