I ordered coffee first time I got cold one. I don’t live far. So visited 2nd time asked for steamed crème with the coffee this time. I told we do not steam the crème. I told them other locations do it. Politely said sorry we can’t do it. I politely cancelled the order and saved $5.60. Little bit more expensive than other stores too.

They mess up the order at least three out of the five times I've been there. I liked Tim Hortons in general but this one is absolutely terrible and have a very limited selection.
went in to pick up and online order. the place was very clean. a bunch of workers standing around not doing much. I didn't get a hello, good bye, thank you or really any reaction whatsoever from the person taking orders. coffee was fine and good. customer service is definitely lacking.

Went there Saturday June 1st 2024 in the afternoon. They handed me a cold cup of coffee. I said, "This isn't even warm" The lady at the window got upset because now they'd have to make a new pot of coffee. WAS THIS JUST SITTING THERE? The coffee they re-made was terrible, like they warmed it up in the microwave and spat on it. It definitely smelled weird so I didn't drink it. They messed up the rest of our order as well but I've actually never been to a Tim Hortons with bad coffee before. Sure, they've been rude and out of donuts. They've forgotten entire orders but the coffee was never anything to worry about.
