Ordered 2 coffee’s and they were bitter and strong. 1 of them had grounds in the bottom. Manager said we do our coffees like they are trained to. Would not even offer to replace the coffee.Parking: A lot of parking

I used to go here every morning before work for coffee and breakfast. Today I asked for chipotle sauce on my sandwich and I was told that they didn't have it. After pressing the manager, she said they may have had it before but it was only for a limited time. If that's the case, she should have led with that. I was given my food and I got to my car and went to take a bite of my sandwich and realized it was an English muffin and not a biscuit like I ordered. I was going to just deal with the error and eat it anyways, but the muffin was not toasted at all. I went back into the store and told the manager about the error, and she remade the sandwiches. After handing them to me, she made a remark saying this was the 3rd time I've done this recently (it wasnt) and that I needed to "cool it", basically implying I'm a liar and a thief. If they have had to remake my food before, it's because they messed it up, not because I'm trying to scam Tim Hortons out of $6. Never going here again.

I drove through today for a coffee roughly 30/45 min ago (12:30pm) and the gentlemen working the drive thru and window were two of the nicest guys I’ve dealt with in awhile. It gave me a little hope in the world of customer service these days. Top notch guys keep up the good work. I don’t ever write reviews but you two deserves one.

Once again, they have served me the wrong order. I ordered a steeped tea and they served me coffee. I am sure there is another pissed customer this morning who does not drink tea and got coffee? I had 6 separate incidences in past 2 months at this location means 6 other people did not get what they ordered. I don't want employees to get in trouble but at what point Tim's will hire more people and train them well? There were only 2 people were running around - Cost savings is hurting the reputation. I will call them and they will offer me free tea but I am interested in knowing what they are doing to fix it more than a free tea or return my money/

I don't know who needs to hear this. Hopefully, the franchise owner will, but I I've lost count how many times a my single, simple coffee order is wrong. Not to mention a double egg and cheese sausage bagel as listed on the menu SHOULD HAVE 2 EGGS! Again, simple orders shouldn't be screwed up as often as they do

We love tim Hortons but recently there has been a huge dip in this particular location's quality of food and customer service. The hot chocolate tasted like it was watered down. The hot foods like egg and sausage muffin was not warm. I will say the coffee is always good. But that's the exception. The staff is always rushed and sometimes a bit rude.

It’s 2pm, this location doesn’t close until 7pm. They don’t have plain bagels or Timbits. Sorry but you need to do better.

Terrible wait inside the store with all cars taken care of before any counter patrons waited on. Only six varieties of donuts available. Supposed to be eight, but two were out. Two of the six available were cream filled. One was a cruller. Apple fritter, honey glaze and chocolate honey glaze rounded it out. You will get better pastries at Panera just down the road for not much more at a dozen. This used to be a good place to pick up donuts. Since its remodeling reduction in size and focus on drive through it has become a wreck.

Bad customer service. Bad drive-thru service. Bad management too. I will not be back to this location and probably not to any other of their locations unless I am stuck at an airport and nothing else is available. Yep, it was that bad.

This is the closest TH to my house and on 3 separate occasions(weekdays) I ordered the vanilla foam cold brew and it was not even close to what it should be. It was like iced coffee with a splash of cream, no foam at all, no vanilla flavor, etc. On a Saturday trip I decided to try again and ordered the same drink, it came out perfectly! It looks like I'll drive the extra distance to the other TH during the week and inky use this location on the weekend.
