one word- AMAZING. I decided to host our company holiday party here recently, and let me tell you, Kimmie was AWESOME. She presented me with soooo many options for us, gave such great amazing recommendations for our group, and went above and beyond to make our event the best. We had coaches teach some PickleBall 101 which was a huge highlight of our event. The food was SOO good. Service was AMAZING. Everything was just so fun, so easy, and definitely would book again. Everyone from my work said this was by far the BEST Holiday party they’ve gone to. It gives a really high end feel in there while still providing a casual setting to have fun. (They also accommodated food allergies in our group which was a bonus as well)

Went for a SEANO Board Lunch Meeting. Alot bigger than I thought! Entry is through the doors along Water St. Parking is plentiful and on the side of the building. You will see an arrow to show you the way to the entrance.
Food was great, space was really nice and you order and pay through QR Code. That was seamless and very convenient.
Food presentation was great and very tasty!
Stop and check it out! Bring the kids when there isn't school. Plenty of room and there is seating away from pickleball courts and the other activities.

The manager, Matt , really helped me out when I was in a pickle a couple weeks ago!! Lol... Seriously, he made my visit possible and enjoyable! Also he gave me a tour the first time that I came in and has been super sweet and accommodating each time that I have returned. And I'm saying this as a person who has yet to actually play pickleball!! Come out even just to hang about!!!

So much fun and the food is delicious!

2 Courts for 2 hours costs $320. Do NOT play after 7pm - our group received snarky comments from the desk employee encouraging us to finish our game faster since we were the last group and they wanted to leave their job early. The courts are nice, the prices are outrageous, and the customer service on the pickleball side is lacking. To be clear, these are the prices to play doubles, you are not permitted to rent the court by the hour - you must pay per person even if you have more than 4 people that want to take turns playing on only one court...

The second star is for the restaurant. The food is delicious and the bar has a decent selection with kind staff. We enjoyed the tacos and quesadillas.

Front desk worker was extremely rude after we spent $240 + food and drinks for 10 people.

The good: Very attractive facility inside. Dock walk is great. courts look awesome. great attraction to downtown. Parking is good and surprising for downtown.
The Bad: The food choices is pretty good. But the quality of the food is just average at best. I have had carnival food trucks with better food.
The ugly: The cost of the court play is $80 an hour for 4 people. And yet almost all courts are open. Drop the price or you will just end up closing the doors in a year.

So Happy Toledo has a great place to play, eat or drink. I came here twice so far in a week. Haven't played pickle ball but hopefully soon as a beginner. Family came and enjoyed ourself playing shuffleboard and nice that its free! The view is amazing. Love that its a water front facility. Toledo is becoming a gem 💎. Hopefully its here to stay. The staff is also amazing and so friendly.

Great place. Very friendly people. Food is very good. Some a little pricey, but worth the great taste. Trivia on Monday,s and awesome DJ for karaoke, from 6-9pm. Great bar and restaurant, corn hole game and outside fire pits with a bar there also. The staff are very friendly. Recommend to anybody. Even bring your children!!!😋

Great for the whole fam! We had a big celebration for my older brother’s birthday - 7 adults and 4 little ones. We all took turns playing and the kids also had a blast with the games (especially the claw machine).

- Food was delicious. We opted for ordering as we went rather than choosing the party menu. That gave us many great options but probably limited the kids items. A kids menu in general would be beneficial (for ex: the burger is too big for them and mac n’ cheese was too gourmet for their tastebuds). But these are minor suggestions.

- The staff was incredible. Courteous and helpful in assisting us with check-in and the online ordering system - which is great for a big group jumping on one tab.

- Live music on the patio as we wrapped up and the kids played on the cornhole boards.

- Would LOVE to see this really catch on as there is so much space and a lot to do for people of all ages. Craft brew options, lounging areas, TVs everywhere, great vibes overall!

There is construction in front of the building & small sign on the door telling you where to go. If you've never been to the restaurant before, it's a bit confusing, as it's on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot. The building is modern & staff were great. Loved the sweet potato fries & cocktail, but the chicken quesadills was not good & needed cheese.

Jason was a pleasant bonus to pur experience. A new girl was also very nice. Pretty light skin chick and they both deserve 5 stars for excellent customer service. Facility is dope although arcade didn't work when we came and that's what we came for. Dinner was amazing will definitely return
