If I could give this restaurant a negative I would unfortunately the lowest it goes is one star service is crazy they have no set time when they're open and close they close when they want to and just tell you to go about your business they don't want your money so save your time and your frustrations believing that on Google their hours is what they say they are when it's not!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE GO TO A ICE CREAM SHOP BETTER SERVICE!!!!!

Hey I remember when times first opened back in the day but since I've been back in Toledo I went up there actually today and I was trying to figure out where I really wanted to eat today so I went up to Tom's I got me a nice half a slab a half a slab of real with a side of potato salad I don't drink soda or anything so I just got me a water with it it was beautiful the thing about the food is don't really try to save it for later if you want to get the full experience make sure you eat your time as soon as you get it if you eat it as soon as you get it I'm talking about is succulent. The young lady that was at the window that took my order actually both of the young ladies the one that took my order and the other young lady that was back there and the guy that was in the back that was preparing the food I mean they didn't get irritated or anything I asked him a thousand questions and they didn't get irritated or anything they treated me really good and I really appreciate good customer service when I go out so that's a plus plus for them stop by Tom's I went down there and looked kind of dry don't leave toms out stop by check them out it's summertime go get your rib they got a beautiful menu and I remember that I got water I like to drink water so I got water today but I do remember they had some of the best lemonade don't sleep on them check them out! Oh and by the way the half a slab with the side is well worth the money it was only about $15 you got a nice thick juicy succulent slab of ribs with a potato salad you get to choose your own side too I got potato salad today, enjoy 🔥

Ordered the Texas tenderloin sandwich and cheese sticks both were over cooked n burnt. The Texas tenderloin was just bread not even an 1/8 of inch thick

Everything here is wonderful! Ribs and polish sausage are great! The best tng is they have funnel fries! Why wait for summer to see eat one of the best treats around! ?
