I came in on saturday and had the worst experience ever. The gentlemen who greeted me was not friendly at all. I sat in the back and the girl who served me was very rude and short with everyone at the table. I loved the food, the service was just awful

Quality of meats are excellent which is unusual for an all you can eat restaurant. Great selection of tofu's veggies and other add ons. Service is always amazing, people are so friendly and welcoming.

I was excited to try this restaurant and I am overall happy with it! The staff were friendly and attentive, which helped since I came at an odd time. The price for AYCE is a pretty good deal! I like the sauce bar because you can make your perfect dipping sauce. The KBBQ beef bulgogi was delicious. This is the first KBBQ restaurant I've been to that provides butter (or anything) to put on the grill. The music was loud, but it is on par with similar restaurants. For the hot pot, the spicy Korean broth was ok; I did not get much flavor from it. Overall, I don't know if I would come again, but I would not be opposed if people suggested to go.

I am new to the area and was looking for an unlimited korean bbq restaurant. This was my 2nd time here. So far, so good. They have milk tea as well that you can take out. Choices for meat are decent. I love the hot pot too! I guess the only thing that needs updated or more choices was the unlimited sauce and salad bar. Probably add more side dishes like potatoes or bean sprouts. Overall, a great place for friends and family.

Yes... it is all you can eat Hot Pot or BBQ.... OR both!!! It's a theme all their own. I felt so comfortable with the friendly greeters and I was impressed with the quality of fresh ingredients. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. Highly impressed and Top pot is my now favorite in Toledo's collection of impressive food choices.

Hands down one of the best KAYCE places I've ever been to, and that includes Orange County, CA & the K-Town scene there. For Toledo, this is about as 5 star as it gets. Great ingredients, wide selection, excellent, fast service, (except during peak hours) which is to be expected. A shout out to Lucy & Hannah, they are both awesome servers and just bright stars in the restaurant/hospitality industry. Also, please people, stop complaining about the longer than usual wait times during peak hours, obviously it takes longer to serve everyone then. If you don't want to wait, then don't go. Problem solved. Stop ruining the pleasant atmosphere for the rest of us. Also, to those who get upset and complain that it's not American BBQ... Well, guess what, other countries have their own kind of BBQ and they serve Korean BBQ & "hot pot" style food here, not "ribs and chicken" slathered in Sweet Baby Ray's. Lord. Do your research before you go and STOP complaining. These people work hard to provide a good experience & they don't deserve your whining. Go to McDonald's drive-through & complain, don't do it here. Anyway, back to the positives; their boba tea selection is off the hook with some very refreshing choices and not bad at only $4.99/drink. Listen to the suggestions from the wait staff and show respect. Enjoy, it's absolutely delicious! - $35 AYCE = Insane deal for this type of experience!

First time here and I will definitely be back. The selection was really nice and all of the food was super good. I loved the Szechuan broth! I do think the servers should give a little more instruction and help people out if they haven’t been to hot pot/KBBQ before. Otherwise, I had a great time and I’ll be back!
