Customer service is great but my latte was no bueno. I'm not a fan of giving bad ratings. However, today my tapioca (bubbles) were undercook, raw in the center and the tea was not shaken properly. Leaving me with griddy and cakey bubble tea

Big fan of Very Berry Smoothie. This place seem to be quite popular. It doesn't reflect in reviews. Prime example of why you can't rely on reviews alone. But I guarantee my reviews are honest and reliable. This a great place to purchase smoothies. Not a fan of their wraps. I'm sticking with smoothies. So far the best smoothies I've purchased.
