It was my first time here and I am enjoying the food, especially the açaí bowl. But what issue is and yes I am snitching. There was a young man who was sitting with his friends. And then he proceeded to get up and ask them do they want a smoothie and told them they didn’t have to pay for it. This is stealing.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie regularly, and right now they are running a promotion where you can get a Free Island Breeze smoothie with a food purchase. I ordered a Chia Banana Bowl and the free smoothie in the app. when i got there, the food was ready but not the smoothie. They were very busy and had apparently “run out” of the type of smoothie i had ordered, but i didn’t know this at the time. Unfortunately I had to go back up to the front counter TWICE to figure out why i still didn’t have my smoothie. Gabriella was extremely nice and sweet about the whole thing and I managed to negotiate getting a different smoothie instead, since i had already ordered my smoothie in the app. They were very courteous about letting me get a different smoothie. All told, I had to wait 24 minutes to get my order completed after i arrived. It was a little frustrating, so be aware of this if you order the free smoothie. But they did make it right and they were apologetic about it, they even thanked me for my patience. I will definitely be going back! ? ?

Just went there to get an acai bowl and they are normally fresh and really good but today I got a completely frozen one. I couldn’t eat it because it was frozen and had to throw it away because it was soggy when it finally thawed. Very upset I just waisted almost $10 here.

Went at 8:50. They closed at 9 but said they couldn't make us food anymore. Soooo why do they say they close at 9? No one wants to do their job with excellence anymore.

This place is always extremely friendly when I’m here. I run my own store front and I can confidently say that I return to this specific location because of the friendly service. I’ve been to over 30+ tropical smoothies in the last 5 years because I also travel for work, but these guys are easily in my top 3. Braydon, tryston, and Jordan were great. Give these guys a raise. ????.
I come here 2 times a week and that won’t be changing anytime soon. The food is great and the smoothies are great too. Thanks for your great service guys.

First time customer. Ordered online went to pick up order and didn't know where to go. People there would look at me and just ignore me. Didn't ask if I needed help or had a question...NOTHING. Only way I found my order after over 5 minutes was to see another person come in and pick up their order. By the time I found my order it was cold and on top of that BURNT. No a good first impression!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!!!

Enjoyed the atmosphere, but my smoothie wasn't great. Was not blended AT ALL with giant chunks of ice in it. If I were closer I would have gone back to get it fixed.
