I got the Cranberry Truffle. It was really good. I would recommend it if you like strawberries and cranberries.

First time customer. Ordered online went to pick up order and didn't know where to go. People there would look at me and just ignore me. Didn't ask if I needed help or had a question...NOTHING. Only way I found my order after over 5 minutes was to see another person come in and pick up their order. By the time I found my order it was cold and on top of that BURNT. No a good first impression!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!!!

Enjoyed the atmosphere, but my smoothie wasn't great. Was not blended AT ALL with giant chunks of ice in it. If I were closer I would have gone back to get it fixed.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my smoothie due to the incompetence of the employees at this location. Never called my name out, never told me that my smoothie was ready… they just let me sit there and wait until I discovered my smoothie melting next to the online orders

Most times the experience is great. Been a handful of times when service was slow or felt neglected. But very rare. Sometimes you may have to wait for your order longer than your order time. Best to go earlier in the day or later but avoid lunch and after school times. I mainly go for the smoothies.

I loved the new strawberry daiquiri no lime juice. My boyfriend loves the passion point and my son got the strawberry daiquiri as well. Plus we tried the food. (M6 son has had it, we haven't till today) they got the chicken quaisdas. I had a wrap. Their's was great. Mine was just ok, since I asked for no Buffalo sauce or no tomatoes, but it had both ugh. Plus I hope I can get my points for the sale. Fingets crossed. Thanks again though. My next to try is the Bahama mama. My all time favorite is the kiwi quencher no yogurt though.

Central Ave location in Toledo in my opinion is the best location around. I visit here quite a bit. At least once a week usually. The staff is always GREAT! the order is always right and they get you out as quick as they can. Plus the food is always consistent in be tasty and correct.
