0 stars. Online order submitted 30 minutes before picking up. Not ready. Had to stand and wait another 15 minutes. A total of 45 minutes for fast food. Would’ve been able to eat at a steak house quicker than this place.

After seeing the other bad reviews I feel like it’s no reason to post mine. After surgery these smoothies became every essential into my life for the protein. I go inside all the time at different locations. THERE IS ALWAYS EXTRA SMOOTHIE THEY USUALLY THREW AWAY. If I paid for protein n you are throwing away my extra instead of giving what I already paid for is a huge problem! I even offer to pay for using an extra cup now I’m being told for over a month I can’t get the excess I paid for. So you guys can’t guarantee that my getting all the grams of protein then is completely unreasonable

I stop in every so often to get a smoothie and sometimes I'll get a bite to eat. All I can say is " Get off your phone and attend to the customers"! While being there I went to use the bathroom, the bathrooms are not well kept. As I looked around the area, and I went to sit at a table while waiting for my purchase I noticed the tables are not properly wiped down. Everybody behind the counter is playing around too much and not doing their jobs! This is not high school, or is it? This is very sad. The blenders are not cleaned out properly, so if someone has an allergy BE FOREWORNED, they are not going to wash it properly.

What gives? The drive thru is never open because there are cars parked right in the whole path of it. It's not the employees' fault, but the owner of this property should seriously do something about it.

Visited this location on a Friday night at the alexis road newest location. I arrived at 840 p.m. and the open sign was lit up. But the door was locked. I asked if the drive thru was open and I was told that they were closed. I looked for the sign with there hours of operation and it said 9 p.m. was there closing time. The lady told me that they close early because of it takes a long time to close up. And they have minors that can't work later. I was very disappointed. My review could not be complet because they were closed. I wonder how much business goes elsewhere due to them closing early

TWO OUT OF THE 6 GIRLS THAT WERE WORKING WERE ON THEIR PHONE NONSTOP. ONE TOOK MY ORDER & SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE AS IF SHE WAS UPSET THAT I MADE HER PUT HER PHONE DOWN TO TAKE MY ORDER. THE OTHER ONE FLIPS HER HAIR EVERY 5 SECONDS. IT SHOULD BE A NO PHONE POLICY AT LEAST WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE INSIDE WAITING FOR FOOD. RICE WASNT COOKED PROPERLY. JUST HORRIBLE
