Older Waitress was very short and rude the whole time. If she can not handle being overwhelmed she should not be a waitress. We were a Large table with kids and for some reason she sent management back to press us about paying our bill. I don’t know where she came up with the idea that we would walk out. I’m a small business owner and I’m all about supporting small businesses but that was very unacceptable.

I love this restaurant. Food is delicious, the employees are so nice and the atmosphere is so comfy. Parking is in the back of the building which is quite a walk if they are busy. The wait isn’t long unless you are going on Sunday morning.

We had a large group come and have breakfast here and it was phenomenal. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great.
Nice to see that Uncle John's never lost it's essence in the location change. My husband and I had a nice brunch - delicious food and smiling faces all around. Jasmine was exceptional! She was sweet and welcoming from the moment we arrived through our entire visit. Will be back!

This used to be our favorite place to go. But after the way we were treated last weekend, I unfortunately will have to walk away from this establishment.
What was even more upsetting than the initial interaction, was the response they wrote me on my Facebook page after I tagged them in a post about how disappointed I was. The response itself was incredibly in compassionate and arrogant.
We had reservations for 1 PM on Sunday for their private room. We had just attended a funeral for the most important person in our family who loved and cherished uncle John’s pancake House so we made sure to make reservations so that our family could grieve and be together.
When we arrived, we were told that the room was taken by another party that they had booked at the same time. We spoke to management about how we had this booked and there was no sympathy whatsoever.
We then proceeded to wait almost 45 minutes to be seated. At one point, they offered us the patio (it was windy , chilly, and had a chance of rain.) or we would’ve had to split up across the restaurant.
In the end, they grouped tables in the middle of the restaurant so that we could all sit together. We never got the room we reserved.
When I post it on Facebook about how frustrated it was, the response I received was incredible. And then they blocked me for calling them out. I have posted those screenshots here.
And to top it off, My husband had the burger and got really sick 20 minutes later with stomach pain and vomiting all day until the next morning.
Everything about our experience was disheartening. I worked in food service for YEARS and am a really patient person when it comes to restaurants. but this is unacceptable. I, myself will not be back.
