Had a solid experience! The young professional at the counter was kind and QUICK to make my pizza. It came out perfect, BBQ chicken with Cajun crust topper. Thank you!

Friday April 4 we were driving down the road and this black Ford that was a old cop car with tinted windows was in and out of traffic driving crazy almost hit my car and 7 others we seen him drive in to Smuckers parking lot flying to get to Vitos back door to get more orders. We went in to complain about his driving and talked to GM told her we had our son in the car he could have caused multiple accidents with his driving and all she said is I will talk to him. I would fire him for making my company look bad and putting people's life in danger

Pizza was late for pick up

The staff very unconcerned and unfriendly

The pizza was the worst ever

Kids refused to eat after one bite

Was too salty

We discarded it

I,m hoping it was just a bad day but I don't think will ever go back

Excellent pizza, excellent service

Although they are very nice and the delivery person was great...I didn't get one of my toppings on my sub that I ordered. Also was missing a bag of chips that I specifically asked for. FYI, this is not the first time this has happened.

Vito's food is amazing. Unfortunately if you make any modifications to your items, this location makes mistakes. For example, if you order stuffed crust, you're getting regular crust and you're out your couple dollars. Add bacon to something? You're not getting your bacon. Typically I would just accept a mistake had been made and take the loss, but this has been a consistent problem.

Received a coupon for a free small DEEP DISH PIZZA. I ordered the deep dish pizza. It is not deep dish. It is a thick crust with cheese and pepperoni on top. Extra sauce I ordered and there’s hardly any sauce on it. The pizza was cold also. Also, when I called to complain the girl on the phone told me “well you got it for free”. So I guess when you order something for free you get a crappy pizza from Vito’s on Reynolds. One positive thing the delivery guy was very professional and polite. I see the other complaints on here also from other people expecting a deep dish pizza - not thick crust with toppings.

ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and you could literally only taste bread and pepperoni there was no sauce once so ever i wanted a pizza not bread with pepperonis on top
