I made an order through the Vito web page not doordash because I didn't want to leave. When my order showed up by someone from door dash he had someone else's order completely. Not one thing I ordered. So I called and I got put on hold and no one picked back up so I drove there and my order was still just sitting there.. the manager DID refund my money and remake my food

I was informed of the progress of my order from the time l placed it till it was delivered. The Bacon Chicken Ranch had lots of good sized chiicken pieces and bacon on it as well as cheese.. The Meat Lovers Pizza was definitely a meat lovers delight! All in all we were happy with our Vito's pizzas and delivery!

Worst service ever. Ordered 2 pizzas at 10:08pm they say 35-45 mins it's now 11:48 still no pizza called at 11:10 they said it was on the way finally just called and cancelled.

I recently ordered some pizza and one of the pizzas was literally dough with melted cheese and pepperoni. So I called to complain and the person I spoke with was very apologetic. He said he would send a new one. Well by the time they came with my new pizza I was sleeping because it was an hour and a half later after I called. So I called the next day and the man I spoke to was even nicer he told me what was going on there and then went to the further step to make my medium pizza a large and also added a 2 liter for free. For it being my first time having to complain about Vito's I would definitely say they have their customer service down right.

I used to love this main street location. But they don't have enough help the quality of the pizza is SAD. I feel sorry for the workers me st of the time they are over worked. THE SAFETY of the workers make them vulnerable for robbery.,, Working so few people at late night. Don't even let me get on THE LIES THEY TELL U. Sorry my favorite is now Toledo WORST

Do not order pizza from this store ever in your life if you know what's good for you smh... My pizza is always cold and missing a topping ! I finally got tired of it and called to make a complaint for the first time ever, the guy on the phone says to me that he made the pizza and he did it correctly lol and then says my phone number is the only number that calls with complaints !!! My mind is blown away at this point lol that store needs to be shut down anyway !
Please hold while I get the manager...from where N.A or a.a......incompotent place.to the guy who said they looked high..fast food is the newtrap house..they make a killing on the register.the manager took my order.and fd it up...hell you could've stayed out back smoking.worst service ever

Where do I Start? When I placed my order the guy was really rude and asked me to hold and never answered back. I hung up called again and he was even more rude. Then when I get there it's dark and nasty inside and when I got my food they gave me the wrong pizza and missing cheesy Vito bread. I would highly recommend getting the pizza from the dumpster. At least you know you're getting trash and don't have to pay for it. This is the worst location of all vitos. DO NOT EAT HERE!

We placed an order tonight for a stuffed crust pizza, traditional wings and about 5 sauces and not only was the pizza not stuffed crust but we got no sauces and boneless wings smh never again
