Dammit I love waffle house. We don't have any in Michigan so when I get into Ohio I always have to stop and eat there. I've been to this location twice now and it's always spot on with the food. I usually get the same thing which is two eggs over medium hash browns with cheese and the cinnamon rice and toast with apple butter.
I'm there too early in the morning to see any of the trouble that supposedly comes with going to a waffle House late at night but I don't know if that really happens at this location but here we are

When I give five stars I truly mean it. This Waffle House is the best in the Toledo area. I have eaten at all of them and none come close to the warmth, the quality of food, and the over the top service from the amazing staff! I now come here weekly. I have had different wait staff and different cooks but what is consistent every time is the wonderful experience. Whether you want to try Waffle House for the first time or eat at the best one you've ever had, you are in for a treat!

This was my first time at a Waffle House and it was a great experience. The bacon and the waffles were my favorite and our server was so incredibly hospitable!
Jnai and her team provides a friendly atmosphere with quick and sufficient service. Honestly, wherever she's on duty, it's like clock work. You most definitely know when she's not in the building. Lol

Service was friendly and outstanding. Stephanie did a wonderful job. The cook, he was outstanding. The presentation of the food was textbook marketing photo quality, aside from that, his cooking was perfect.
Food was just okay. They made hashbrows very good. The meat was overcooked. A person in my party, their bacon was black. Another person in my party ordered a steak and wanted it medium it was well done. Wish I had gotten pictures of their meals. I didn't find out til after. The A1 sauce bottle was filthy it really needed to be wiped down. No toilet paper in mens bathroom. The waitress Lexi did a really good job at her job and serving us but her cook he didn't seem to want to be there.

Went to this Waffle House with 30 minutes of my lunch break left. When I ordered, she said it would be 10 minutes. Cool. Did not get my food for 30 minutes and was late getting back to work. Sucks but whatever. I get to work and my waffle was burnt AND raw inside…..how?? No jelly for toast. Hash browns were still raw. 0/10. It was the middle of the day and not very busy with 5 people behind the counter. Definitely shouldn’t have been so horrible. Won’t make this mistake again.
