Iāve been to tons of different waffle houses, and this one like three times. This visit the staff and food was some of the best that Iāve ever encountered at a Waffle House. I didnāt get their names but everybody on shift at 2 pm on Tuesday held it down.

Terrible Experience
This was an extremely disappointing dining experience! When we tried to place our order, we approached a white female server (unfortunately, I didnāt get her name). She responded in a tone that sounded a bit aggrieved and disdainful, saying, āIām not your server, why do you keep coming to me?ā Her attitude was incredibly rude and made us feel embarrassed and disrespected, I felt like she is being racist to us, she donāt have that attitude to other customers. We were simply trying to orderāwhy did we deserve such treatment?
Whatās even more unacceptable is that we found hair in our food twice! And it was in a 8 YEARS OLD KIDāS MEAL! Finding it once was already disgusting, but having it happen a second time is beyond unacceptable. I canāt imagine how poor the hygiene standards in this restaurant must be.
Bad service, bad attitude, and terrible hygiene. This restaurant is absolutely not worth anyoneās time or money!

The food was good but service was a bit slow. Overall, a 4 star.
I ordered a couple of Togo meals and my bill was $25. I ended up paying $31 total in fees and surcharges just to take away a meal.

This location is pretty good. I have to give them a five star because I donāt eat pork and they make sure my food doesnāt touch any pork or the grill.
The manager was very accommodating.
Dietary restrictions: They were accommodating for my pork allergy. And they gave me fresh grits.
Leaving one star is because I have to leave a star in order to write a review.. The employees there have bad attitudes especially the old white lady with the tongue ring ā¦ Her attitude was so bad towards my family and I we got up and left .. People need to realize businesses are closing left and write . The customerās donāt need yall , yall need the customersā¦ ?

I place my order I didn't get my drink and my order was messed up they messed it up they messed up my drinks and I forgot my order and no way to contact them by phone and then they give a nasty attitude when you get there trying to tell you that they gave you everything when they did not

We came in as a family of 6. We were never greeted. We sat in two separate spots as we had been waiting 20 minutes already. 10 more minutes went by before they partially bussed one of our tables. The waitress (who happened to also be the manager) was told you have two tables that are together but sat separately, to which her response was, ā I have enough tables, I donāt want themā. We waited another 10 minutes for her to finish bussing the table, in still we have not been greeted. Instead , she proceeded to throw silverware into cups full of water and splashed me. There were no apologies, she didnāt even attempt to recognize what she did. She wiped two menus, (there were three of us at this table), and threw them down and walked away. She went to go do take out orders and thatās when we walked out. They were slightly busy, understaffed, so I was giving every opportunity and patience. I have three young kids with me, this is not an example that I want my kids to have. Very inappropriate and disrespectful.
