I feel bad for the owners of this Wendy's. Stop yelling at people over the PA system when they order a salad about how you have to go make it. And if I'm in the drive-thru why would you tell me I have to drive around again or park my vehicle and come in to get my salad that makes no sense. I'm so sorry that you have to get off your phone and do something. Jan. 23 2025 11:10am. I tried to call but the phone had been busy for the last 2 hours. Report this stuff to corporate otherwise this restaurant will never change.

Went through the drive thru and the girl working at the window instantly had an attitude as soon as she greeted us.I was asking questions about the menu and she was being sarcastic with me I normally don’t even leave reviews let alone bad ones but this one was definitely deserved the manager should definitely get with her employees about customer service 🙄

Was harassed by an employee for submitting a job application. When called to contact manager the employee hung up the phone multiple times.

Let me stop here. Just don't eat or get anything here. If you care about your chances of getting a disease, both the employees and Manger do not care about you .Report this place to Ohio health department. This place doesn't follow any health rules like washing your hands after smoking and much more hopeful together we can shut these places. Watch out for the power hungry Manger who is the most unprofessional and should never have been Manger . No wonder this place turnover rate is so high. Here is all the information you need to report them?

I love indulging in fast food, but I have to say, my recent visit to this location was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, my family and I won't be coming back for another meal here. We waited in the drive-thru for a little while, only to find out our order was incorrect. The staff member at the window seemed a bit uninterested in providing good customer service. It really shouldn’t be that complicated to order a large #1 meal and a regular #6, right? But my #1 came with bacon, and my #6 had pickles, neither of which we asked for. To top it off, the fries tasted overcooked and possibly hours old. I decided to head back to Wendy’s to sort things out, but I noticed the staff seemed a bit disorganized. While the manager did help fix my sandwiches (only), there was no further acknowledgment of the mix-up or even an apology for the inconvenience.

When you serve bad food an have poor customer service then you should shut this location down if no one is going to do something about it.when employees say they don't care about a customer being there because they on their phone an then hand you food that taste an look like a toddler made it , thats a problem.
