Often doest have frosty! For example special orange dreamsickle frosty was advertised at the counter and they say they don't have it here at all... granted it was April 1 but I never did get my frosty..

Visit this location frequently due to it being the closest one to home. But constantly doing shift changes and or no drive thru service and have to come inside. Multiple times the food is cold or burnt. Place really needs management to step up.

1. I ordered 2 Apple Pecan salads, operator CONFIRMS there are two, tells me the total is $17.38 & I pull up to the 1st window to pay.2. As I'm about to pay, the operator tells me there's only 1, I asked "but you said there was 2?" To which she replies somebody up front bought the other. I say I'll take one. She takes my card but SHE CHARGES ME FOR TWO!!! She didn't even tell me she charged me for two, I had to ask for my NEW total, she didn't tell me. I checked my bank right there and SAW THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO! I tell her this, she calls a 'manager' who tells me she has to close out the other person before they can give me a refund.3. I pull up to the 2nd window, They give me a cash refund & fail to give me my receipt. (Convenient huh)4. I drove back into the store to ask for my receipt and what did I see? I SEE ANOTHER APPLE PECAN SALAD sitting behind the counter (you know the one they said they only had ONE of, yes that one, I took a picture) while they scrambled to look for my receipt. They gave me a balled up receipt like they had thrown it away (discard the evidence).Thoughts: they PURPOSELY charged me for two salads, HOPED I wouldn't notice and someone would get a free meal off me! But when I noticed, they gave me a cash refund and tried to NOT give me my receipt so I don't have proof. Absolute ScumThief & lies ?I reported the incident to corporate (with picture proof)Another thing: this is the SECOND time this has happened!!!Do. Not. Go. Here!

I go to this location well after 12 p.m. ordered my family food 3 biggie bags and a Dave's double and Medium fry. They forgot my medium fry and forgot a biggie bag so before I can tell them which biggie bag they hand me one. I didn't get the other Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag I asked for my child.
