Seems like each time you order a biggie bag from Alma Michigan Wendy's something in them damn things are always so cold weather be the fries like the last purchase our prior to where it was the nuggets I don't know why they seemed they cannot get it correct. However that Fuego sandwich isn't too bad.

If i could give no stars I would, they pretend they are not open in the morning even though there are employees inside and its during business hours. Clearly customers dont matter to this wendys because this is almost every morning they do this and act like they arent open even though its past 8am with employees and their cars in the parking lot and inside. Don't bother going to this wendys unless its at night, the only time you get any good service and good food is when you come in the evening hours.

I spent $40 didn't get my 7-year-old's chicken nuggets didn't get my husband's hamburger gave us an extra fry an extra chili order four meals only got three sodas and the girl got mad cuz we asked her our fourth one that we paid for I will not be going to this Wendy's again this is the second time that they have totally devastated or order do betters Wendy's

I was door dashing and your night manager was eating the food, digging in her nose,wipes her nose and then wiped it on her burgundy sweat shirt, she also was all in her hair, never once did she wash her hands. I wish I was recording her... that's was just nasty and unsanitary.... not cool at all I'm glad it wasn't my food that's for sure!!

I enjoy my meals with Wendy's quite often but this is the second time this week where I've taken my business elsewhere. They were cleaning the frosty machine by 11:00p.m. both times i showed up. I can understand if it was after midnight but yall close at 1a.m. and this is ridiculously early to tear down a large contributer of your business.

It was like 12 or 1 am. No cars in sight, none behind us. We had two separate orders. The kid said they can't do two orders at once since they are understaffed. Didn't make sense, because what's the difference if I was a car behind us? We did just one order, I decided not to get anything. We got our order and still no one behind us. So I could of just got back in line and ordered.
The whole thing was stupid.

We went around 10pm last night and we were about the 3rd or 4th car in line. It took an entire half hour to get up to the speaker, another 10 minutes until we could order, and then another 10 minutes for us to get all of our food. At the point that we got to the speaker, there was no more people in front of us waiting. The food was hot, fresh, and accurate thankfully. I enjoyed that pineapple frosty but wish I would have grabbed a chili!
