This morning 11/1/2025 the workers are ignoring customers they are not answering the drive thru and have the dining room locked they see people waiting at the door and they just sit there and stare at them and if you call and ask if they are open they hang up on you . If you are understaffed or having an issue just tell people that but completely ignoring them is completely unnecessary and rude.

I visited this location on 6/23. The food was not made to order as requested. I got charged for two 5 dollar combos when I only wanted one. I requested a refund at the time and was told they are closing in 5 mins and that I needed to contact the manager in the morning. I have called the store several times and no one has answered the phone. This is the worst service and food that I have ever gotten from any Wendy's.

Waited 10 minutes not 1 order taken. Walked out .too slow most people only get 1/2" hour for lunch can't spend 1/2 of that waiting !!! FAIL!!!!

The chicken was so small, flat and overcooked it was worse than cafeteria food. The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them and the soda syrup must have been out because even the Sprite was somehow salty. What the actual fuq? Yuck.

This was the first. Time I ever got my breakfast potatoes fresh and hot. Trust me, there's a big difference. I can say.I absolutely enjoyed my whole breakfast this morning

Girl at the front counter was absolutely mean and most of the employees I saw were wearing headphones/airpods and weren't even being decent human beings to us. When they were ringing up the woman ahead of us, she asked the worker 3 times how her day was going and she gave her a RBF (if you dont know what that is look it up) the entire time and then the girl just kept ordering. At least it was a bit better when it was our turn to order. Worker took out an airpod and did our order pretty fast. Went to find a seat for my family and the tables are pretty small and spread out, and there's only one round table that was extremely dirty and I had to clean it off. Mind you, also the self-serve ketchup dispensers were completely empty. Besides all that though, our food was very good! Hot fries, fresh food, even got an extra nugget in my bag ? so overall was ⭐⭐⭐/5
Dietary restrictions: All lemonades are VERY SUGARY, please anyone I recommend to look at the Wendys App or Website and look how much sugar is in those drinks before ordering, its insane...
Parking: Its a little bit on a slant, but nothing crazy.
