Terrible service only 4 cars in the drive thru and it takes forever to even place order. Food is good when u finially get it but if u on a lunch break or just in a rush period don’t even think of stopping here. Cuz it ain’t fast food.

This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible I do not understand how they’re still open.. the service is terrible and so is the food! Every time I go here and ask for my food to be FRESH it never is! I will not be returning to this terrible restaurant! They need to be shut down.

12/31/25 2:45 pm. Thought that I would give them another chance. What a waste of $13+! Ordered a large fry, large chili, and a single w/everything. The fry container was half full at best and the chili was basically liquid, very little beans and beef. How does this place stay open? I've been driving to the Wendy's on secor and sterns because they are far superior to this one. I do enjoy your food, just not the crap that this store puts out. And the people at the drive through window are just plain rude, like they are mad at the world.
Drove past McDonald's to try one of their $1 breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I was told at the drive thru window that the deal ended yesterday. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant meal, and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. $10.18!! Food was ok but I wish I would have went to McDonald's. Cheaper, and tastes better.
4 days later(12/10/21) and they are still running the $1 breakfast biscuit sandwiches commercial on TV.

Rude from drive thru to front where order was wrong!! Fries were cold wait was long for the poor service!!!

The workers clearly DONT care about good customer service and should realize the food isn’t free!! The customer pays with hard earned money Work from home or quit!!!

Ran out of potatoes an hour before breakfast ended. And the coffee is sour. Wendys has really gone down in overall quality in the past 5 years. Almost everything I used to like there sucks now.

Fried tasted like they were 5 hours old and the fry trap hasn't been changed in a month. As an industry worker, it takes a lot for those fries to taste like that. It's my favorite part of Wendy's too

Stole my money and never gave me my food did a mobile order went inside they said they didn’t have it then changed to it was on the drive through screen after 10+ minutes of waiting said they didn’t have it and just ignored me after all the attitude the manager already had

The manager Robert made a extra wait time turn to a personal attack on me and my family. Very rude, unprofessional and insulting when they had forgotten us as we waited 35 minutes in a mobile order spot after going through the drive through for pick up. After 25 minutes and 10 other cars being served I had waited long enough and went in to see what was going on. After patiently waiting my turn in line just to ask about my order, the front cashier had seen our truck still sitting in spot 2 waiting and had stated oh no they are still waiting? They been here forever. At that point the window operator said I see it I getting the last of the order now. After that she was on her way to take out the order and I let her know it was mine. She apologized for the wait re assured all food was there and asked if she could offer a cookie for the inconvenience. I said sorry but I would like a refund. She said understanding said let me get the manager. Robert the manager walked over and said yeah? I said well I want a refund waiting 35 minutes for 3 meals, which was 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and 2 orders of nuggets, and watching 12 cars get served was inexcusable. Robert then stated well if you didnt order 15 sandwiches.... which was extremely false and very insulting. I then told Robert it was three meals with nuggets and 3 sandwiches not 15 and serving 12 others after the fact was not realistic. He then said well he cant do anything anyways since the refunds are done by app not in store. That part is fine but to insult me and make excuses as I personally watched his hard working team recognize the error and apologize while he went on defense and insults me and my family is absolutely absurd.

I wish I could give the Wendy's on Monroe and Douglas in Toledo Ohio a 0 star.I go to this Wendy's at least 2xs a week to get a cup of ice. I just went yesterday morning to get a cup of ice. Always willing to pay for the cup because I understand the cup is not free. Well I went today and whoever the young lady was that is doing drive thru was rude and had an attitude. SHE said we dont give out ice. We dont have cups of ice to give. I am not understanding this when I literally just got a cup of ice yesterday with no problem and no charge. The last time I went to get food my son and I stood in line for 15 minutes and was never greeted. The Wendy's on Monroe and Douglas is very unprofessional and do not appreciate their customers. That same day I went to the Wendy's by Detroit and Monroe. The staff was very polite, the food was fresh and hot. I gave at least 4 employees a $5.00 tip. The Wendy's on Monroe and Douglas never know who is going to come in there. They should be a little more appreciative, polite and greet each customer. They should understand without the customers they don't have a paycheck.
Walked in today around 11:00 AM I wasn’t greeted for at lest 3 minutes. Then the young lady comes from the back with the most unpleasant attitude and said hi very low and just stared at me didn’t ask me for my order or anything. So I proceeded to order my food. I specifically asked her. Can I have my 10 piece and french fries fresh? I watched the prepare grab my nuggets out of the already made nugget basket. I came in contact with the manager and told her that I asked for my food to be prepared fresh and they proceeded Give me already made food. when the manager asked them to drop my food fresh, everybody was upset And giving me dirty looks like I made a bad decision. If I’m paying my money for my food I want it fresh!

Went through drive thru for my dinner. Lady at window was the greatest. Very friendly and very smiley. Very unusual for a fast food drive thru.
