Ordered on the app. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to have to go in for my order (was on lunch break) they handed me a bag of cold food! Like why did I have to wait for food that obviously ready. Save yourself the headache and drive right in past this place

Wendy’s W. Laskey. A little bit after 12 o’clock midnight July 14,2025 it then was. I placed an order through the drive-through and once I pulled to the second window to pay and get my order it was a female in the car sitting and talking to one of the drive-through employees for a super long time. I was sandwiched in between her car and another car behind me so I politely asked her to please pull up so I can get out line and she yelled at me”NO”! And to wait on them to finish their conversation. After not letting me out, I started blowing the horn and she still wouldn’t move. After I inched and inched towards her car she finally pulled off. I was late getting back to work and was hungry for another four hours for the rest of my shift.

Terrible service these people are rude customer service sucks I've never had an good experience with Wendy's circle mile these people could never receive bonuses in any way Terrible Terrible service if a location has to close my opinion miracle mile location first not about the quality I wouldn't know cause they take 10 to 15 min per car when the drive thru empty don't greet you act like there hiding Terrible

Went to Wendy's ordered two daves double combos both with large chili sweet tea I had three orders of cheese fries and some frosties get home it was only a single The sandwich was cold our chili was cold only thing I think they got right was a frosty I tried to call and it gets hung up on right away

The drive thru took so much time to wait for 20min and even after the order they took more than half an hour. They kept asking and asking us to repeat and they didn't even get the order right. After pulling off to have the order they didn't even have it prepared so they asked us to repeat the order again .The fries are cold too Hopefully the owner will see this. That's unacceptable!.
Just what you would expect about food. Place was not kept tidy.

Worst wendys ever. They slide a pan out the window after every car to reset the timer and still cannot get an order right. Ordered a double with no ketchup no tomato. Got a burger with only ketchup and cheese. Save yourself, go to a different location
