First off, trays are for in-kiosk eating. Secondly, IF the Soda machine is not fixable, PULL IT OUT!! Thirdly, employees should not be blasting music from cellphones in the dining room. We are paying premium prices for poor atmosphere. If I want the forementioned... I'll go back to McD's on the opposite corner where staff does not wash hands, yells at employees and also trains employees to be rude to rewards members.

We went to pick up our mobile order, two biggie bags and two lemonades. Got the order, and quickly realized there was a slit in the side of my lemonade, filling the cup holder with lemonade. Honest mistake things happen. Not only was there a slit though, there was also a bright red hair in my lemonade. We took it back in, waited a good 5 minutes for an acknowledgment. I told her what happened, she handed me a new lemonade and asked “was that all”? No apology for the inconvenience. There was obviously one employee with bright red hair and no hairnet. Their hair wasn’t even all pulled back into a pony tail. I really hope that health code issue is addressed here. We will not be returning with our service until there is compliance with health code. I’m aware that things happen, but I feel like that wasn’t handled with the best of their customer service.

It was a mobile order. As soon as I told the person this they had a bit of attitude it seemed. As soon as I drove up to the window to pay they sat down with their back to me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. As soon as I pulled up to the second window I proceeded to see that person touch the frosty at the top of it with their bare hands. They tried to hand it to me and I refused to take it there's no way no matter what was going on with my frosty they should be touching it without gloves on. Everyone in that building looked upset about something and I hope they figured that out. This is the Wendy's on laskey road in Toledo OH.

I’m without words at the actions of the employee at this establishment. I went to dine in, and went to use the restroom beforehand. Noticing there was absolutely no toilet paper, I asked the 6 or so employees sitting at a table in the middle of the dining room if they had any, and informed them that they were out. I was advised by a tall individual that he had forgot to order more and needed to and that they were out. I waited for a moment thinking he was joking, that the employees nor public had any available toilet paper for use. He repeated himself at which point I went to leave in disbelief, mentioning that I would add it to my review of this Wendy’s; as for I frequent many and love a chance to leave feedback to improve these places I purchase from. The employee then followed me out, and threatened me that he could do the same to me and write a bad review for the company vehicle I was stepping into in retaliation. Im disgusted with this display of unprofessionalism and childish aggressive behavior in retaliation.

Wendys used to be my favorite fast food burger and chicken sandwich... that was before they changed their lettuce from whole leaf to this disgusting shredded crap I just had to scrape off my sandwich thus loosing my mayo as well 😑 please go back wendys

Pla e is an absolute disgrace to the Wendy's name shut off ur door dash app if all the employees are going to be rude to use every time it's absolutely embarrassing to the brand all these people wanna do is disrespect us door dash drivers copreate needs to get involved with this location immediately
Very rude young black girl at the drive thru. When I tried to use wendys mobile app I was told that there scanner had been down for months and couldn't be used to redeem coupons or receive points. When I asked for a manager she was another rude middle age black person. So when asked for a receipt for my order again the young black girl shut the window and left. It took another young black man to retrieve my receipt after she told him that the manager said not to give me a receipt. She then blocked him and took the receipt so she could block out her name on the sale receipt. Which made no sense i even asked for her name to file a complaint. I was told they cant give out names and she didnt have a name tag on.I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this. Which made me to believe some shady stuff is going on there. Really bad customer service. Futurely I would never be patronizing at this location. Heads up I wouldn't recommend anyone for that matter to eat here. My daughter's food was even a disgrace.
