Fast food is just not worth the time and money you spend anymore!! Did a mobile order to save $3 and it took 45 minutes to get it!! Fries were soggy and sandwich was cold!! I would rather spend an extra $10 and get take out from a good restaurant!!

Horrible service. The whole restaurant is dead and so was the drive through and I said at the drive through for 7 minutes and nobody took my order so I called right now, and I asked to talk to the manager, and she said that that was her, and I said well, can you tell me why nobody is taking order she goes, we are and I go. No, you're not nobody's doing their job, and she kept interrupted me saying we are. We are, we are poor service. I will never, ever go to Wendy's there.

Everytime I come here it's a issue. Costumer service is terrible.I ordered a baked potato with only liquid cheddar and a small fry I get home and I have the fresh a sour cream I go back there they don't apologize they get me a baked potatoe that has stuff one it that I didn't ask for so I told them again it's supposed to just have cheese on it and apparently I'm the problem according to then because they were mocking me and talking about me right in front of my face. Crazy could of waited at least until I left lol this isn't the first time they treated me like this.

We have been seeing the commercial for the baconator with the pretzel bun, so we decided to try it and got our sandwiches, and there was no pretzel bun. Come to find out you have to ask for a pretzel bun! Then why advertise it like that!!And we also asked for chili and they were out of it for another hour.
