No one waited on us until a young lady that was off the clock finally helped us. The burger had to be remade because it had cheese on it. No fresh brewed tea.

I had rated this Wendy's a 5 in the past and now back for a 3 star review now. The food is good don't get me wrong but the speed of the drive thru is terrible. They are not fooling anyone either. They take an order while making all the other cars wait while the car they did takes gets through and leaves then they take another order. They are not understaffed either. Morning is fine but the afternoon staff take way less customers to lighten their work load and losing business to the company.

I'm not a fast food guy but this wendys was on point tonight . The tangerine lemonade was fire and so was the ore fusion mixed with brownie batter. The triple cheese was good but had just a little to mich mayonnaise and ketchup on it
They just hit me on to the new Frosty fusions and their amazing

Pull up to the microphone to order sat for 5 mins before being acknowledged. Lady was rude who finally took my order. I pulled up to the first window and just sat there, because let’s be honest if there’s two windows you pull up to the first window and pay but not here although there was no note nor did she say pull to second window! The girl who took the order, looked at us and then went back to whatever she was doing finally took our money and then I told her I said I pulled up to that first window and sat there for a few mins she took my money, gave me back my change and says now I need you to go sit over there cause we’re waiting for fresh meat. Me: fresh meat? Like burgers? She says yes. They are slow no line yet here I sit waiting for fresh meat?! Really? So disappointing waited that long, supposedly for fresh meat only review to get cold french fries and a luke warm burger! The girl who ran the food out to us was very apologetic and nice. That was the only positive I can find. If your person working the window can’t be friendly and smile then why have them there that’s the face of your company? Do better!!!

Generally I don’t expect much or leave a review for fast food. However, this is the second consecutive visit to this location that’s been terrible. Rude staff, extremely slow service (+20 minutes in the drive thru) and to top it off sub par food and order mistakes.
Very very disappointed as this used to be a solid choice. Wendy’s has definitely declined in quality.
