No spoon for frosty, no napkins, no ketchup, long wait then finally get to the window, handed me a watered down coke with no ice I, I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes so I drove away. Sorry to sound like a Karen but I’m also in the food industry and I would NEVER.

Slowest drive thru we have ever been to. We watched the person working the window walk to someone’s car that she asked to pull up, take money from them, walk back to the window, taken them their change, walk back and then take them their food. Too many inefficiencies. This is on top of sitting in line for at least 20 min. Watched 4 cars behind us leave.

Ordered a ceaser salad and a double stack. Pulled up to the window and the guy running the drive thru was smacking a flat metal pan against the side of the building and then told us to pull up and wait for a ceaser salad. How long does it take to make 1 salad.been waiting over 10 minutes. Worst wendys ever. Will never go back.

No condiments, napkins, spoons for the frosties. Sandwiches were very dry and no chili on my fries (this meal was $51) from DoorDash and half of it we didn’t eat! I had to put my girls burgers on the stove to cook and mayo and ketchup. Food cold, frosty was melted. Just overall bad experience
This place is so bad I had to leave my basketball game cause I had to throw up and I had diarrhea for three months they messed up my orders. The food was freezing cold. My chicken was still frozen. No one ever go to this place. It is so booty cheek buns just like honey bun buns. They’re literally buns.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. We've been here 4 times over the past month to give them a chance to improve but they get worse. Food is cold and usually incorrect. The service is very slow on their best day. I recommend finding somewhere else to eat, I'll never go back.

I ordered a Dave's Double with Cheese and a small Chili through the drive through, when I got home my sandwich was only a single. This restaurant was not busy, I am hoping for future customers that Wendys staff will pay closer attention to the orders they are filling Very Disappointed 😞
