This place is so bad I had to leave my basketball game cause I had to throw up and I had diarrhea for three months they messed up my orders. The food was freezing cold. My chicken was still frozen. No one ever go to this place. It is so booty cheek buns just like honey bun buns. They’re literally buns.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. We've been here 4 times over the past month to give them a chance to improve but they get worse. Food is cold and usually incorrect. The service is very slow on their best day. I recommend finding somewhere else to eat, I'll never go back.

I ordered a Dave's Double with Cheese and a small Chili through the drive through, when I got home my sandwich was only a single. This restaurant was not busy, I am hoping for future customers that Wendys staff will pay closer attention to the orders they are filling Very Disappointed 😞

This Wendy's always strikes out when it comes to service. The girl working the drive thru should not be dealing with people. She just has a bad personality for customer service. She had no interest in being at her job. Food was ok but she made me not want to stop at that Wendy's again.
Everytime I go to this wendys after 10pm the drive thru is awful. They always say wait a minute for some bs but they are all in the dining area taking a break for 25 minutes so people can just drive away.

My daughter and I stopped in to try the SpongeBob Special Sauce burger. It was simply thousand island dressing and was not worth it. It's unfortunate but I think Wendy's food is just mediocre these days. However the woman taking our order was very friendly and polite. Our food was prepared in a short period of time

The single worst fast food establishment in Lucas County and beyond. Cashier was rude, food was wrong and worst of all, they did not fix their mistake. I've came to this location 3 times, this will be the last. Observations - They do not take the next order in line until the previous order has left the Drive-Thru. They bang metal sheet pans on the ground after each car in the Drive-Thru. Why? I would assume they are messing with the DT timer per car, showing how lazy they really are.
