Ordered burger with no lettuce (specified at the speaker and again at the window), got lettuce. However, also ordered coke with no ice and that was right. So they got 50% right.

My double stack burger’s beef patty was so hard when I bit into it I thought there was something hard on my burger, and it ended up being the beef patty itself. Could not even chew it!! I don’t know if it was over cooked or it was sitting made for too long, but that burger should have never went out that drive through window. Absolutely horrible. Not edible. Tried to call to talk to a manager, no answer, even though we were just there 15 minutes ago and it was not busy at all. If you can go to another Wendy’s location, do it, and avoid this location. This isn’t the first time we got bad food from here, but this is definitely my first time speaking up, and the last time I will ever stop at this location. Health dept should probably go look in there, honestly.

Poor service.cold fries everytime i go. The Wendy's on airport and Reynolds is the worst. Trash service, to many young idiots. I'm never going back i hope they close it for good . It's a Wendy's 3 mins up the street that's waaaay better.

We hate leaving negative reviews but I really hope the right person sees this. We stopped there for lunch and the woman at the drive thru window did not say literally one word to us. Every time she handed us something I said thank you so much, trying to kill her with kindness but she literally did not say one word. After we left the drive thru, we proceeded to eat our food and Every single food item was cold. Almost like it had been sitting there. So we went inside and asked for a refund which then took about 15 minutes and no communication. Notable mentions: there were flies all over, they were out of all cookies, and no potatoes. All in all, there was not one good experience from this place today. As we were leaving the restaurant, someone else from the drive-thru came in with a complaint as well.

I couldn't tell you anything about the food but after walking inside and seeing the lack of cleanliness I would say the place needs a good cleaning. If the restroom itself is any representation of the kitchen The Establishment needs shut down.
