Everytime I get food the burgers/ food seem old. I’m assuming maybe because the line wasn’t long and they are getting rid of old food. But I don’t have this problem at any other locations. I’ve stopped here a few times, the staff is nice though.

i went to the Wendy's at 5166 Airport Highway. When I walked in I was told that they were only taking orders through the drive through because the young lady had just clocked out. It was around 4;30 in the afternoon. How rediculous is that? Why was the door open if they couldn't take my order. The drive through had cars all around the building and that's why I decided to go in.I am very upset that I left home to go and have a meal and had to deal with that nonsense.

Not a great Wendy's!!! Ordered meal had dipping sauces on the side were not on right both dipping sauces were open all in the bag.... and what's funny is before I ordered she said make sure you give me a good review!!???

Ordered a baconator with fries and a salad. Took a solid 15-20 minutes for them to hand it to me including my drive to the store (was a mobile order). As for atmosphere it was fine besides the floor being kind of sticky.
