Food wasn't great and the outside of the restaurant had trash all over the parking lot.

This was a disaster from the moment I ordered my number seven which was a big bacon classic combo. I got who knows what? I was a sandwich with double meat mushrooms and who knows what else was on the sandwich cold fries and I had to pay like fourteen dollars. The sign clearly states like eleven dollars and twenty nine cents. This order was a hot mess and they still charged me like fourteen dollars. The gentlemen at the drive thru had zero idea of what he was doing first day? Horrible experience not his fault. I would not wish this kind of service or food on anyone. Also you have employees using bare hands when preparing g food.

How do y'all run out of chocolate frosty? I feel like she just didn't want to take our order. Very lethargic sounding and not polite at all. If you want a chocolate shake and food thats way better go to Beef N Bunns

Everybody going through the line was coming back to the counter for wrong orders. The fries and burgers were cold at best. And they didn’t give me dressing for my salad. Also They didn’t give my daughter her chicken nuggets either. Lobby…. Ugh. Not clean. Won’t be back.

Went there on 6/29/25 to eat in for dinner with our grandkids and our youngest son. And Rob whom was working the counter and lobby was awesome you made our experience in there the best we hadn't seen our grandkids in several months so we were scrapping money to rake them here last minute and you gave a toy to each and a small frosty they will always have that memory now thank you again so much!!! You made and my wife cry happy tears that there are awesome people like you still out there.

Ordered a double big bacon classic, got a single. then waited fifteen minutes in the dinning room for them to fix some elses order. And these people want 20 an hour when you cant get my order right.

Does this look like a spicy chicken sandwich? I was charged 11.08 and given no receipt. I’m a regular customer and my order never changes. I just worked a 12 hour shift and now have to settl for a sandwich I didn’t order.

Don’t known how they do it but it keeps getting slower for service and the food quality keeps declining. Other Wendy’s can do it fine. Two doors down you have one of the best burger kings around so it isn’t like you can’t good help. Half the time the staff is just standing in the parking smoking. I don’t blame the employees, they obviously don’t have leadership or management.
At this point just shutdown, it’s very apparent you don’t want to be in business anymore.

Staff is friendly, other than that it's a Wendy's. Food is pretty consistent with what you'd expect.
