WHERE'S THE BEEF??? What happened to your chili? It was 95% beans! I couldn't finish it. You used to have the best chili, but chili requires BEEF!
Guy forgot the pickles, tomato and lettuce on the bacon double classic.
This meal was just disappointing.

Night manager here is an absolute gem of a man(ager). When I visit parents I've made a point of stopping by to pick up some Double Stacks with ketchup only. Not sure how long he's been here, but keep him! Restaurant had been spotty for a few years. No longer!

Got food delivered, and I understand with delivery time food can get cold, but there's absolutely ZERO reason why food should be delivered ice cold and soggy as if someone had ran it under water before packaging it. Fries were also soggy and ice cold. They gave us a small order of fries instead of giving us the spicy nuggets. I get food runs out from time to time but nothing was ever said about it and just gave us a small fry and called it a day. The beans to the chili were EXTREMELY undercooked. Half of them were still hard. I don't know if it's work place negligence or something else but I'm surprised the store is still open. Will be going to a different Wendy's from now on. Not to mention I also have to put my food back together to eat it and they've also screwed up my order every time I've gotten food from here. Will not be coming here again

Rough interior and bathrooms. Not overly well maintained. I ordered inside and the fries and nuggets were both aged. Neither fresh. Maybe some leftovers from the lunch rush. Its been a while since I've gotten that quality of food from a Wendy's. But it does happen from time to time.

Ordered through the drive thru today… was supposed to get a large Coke Zero. They gave out a medium and when I told them it was supposed to be a large they told me “No it wasn’t” so I paid for a large but was given a medium I didn’t feel like spending anymore of my day there so I left… this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this specific location

Me and my girlfriend came through the drive-thru at 11:45 this Saturday night and Rob was amazing. Had a lineup of vehicles and still had the best attitude and the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food drive-thru. Rob definitely deserves a raise and hopefully he gets promoted to manager soon. We will definitely be coming back because of him. Thank you

This was a disaster from the moment I ordered my number seven which was a big bacon classic combo. I got who knows what? I was a sandwich with double meat mushrooms and who knows what else was on the sandwich cold fries and I had to pay like fourteen dollars. The sign clearly states like eleven dollars and twenty nine cents. This order was a hot mess and they still charged me like fourteen dollars. The gentlemen at the drive thru had zero idea of what he was doing first day? Horrible experience not his fault. I would not wish this kind of service or food on anyone. Also you have employees using bare hands when preparing g food.
