Jr bacon burger was cold, chicken sandwich was dried out and hard. Unsweetened tea tasted nasty. I don’t ever return food because I don’t trust people with my food. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s anytime soon. And they were not all that busy.

Went to Wendy's at reynolds and central, stood 2min mng said, guest in dining rm. Employee took my order, price was wrong. She left didn't say anything. So I left minutes later. Won't go back to that location. Should have known, empty lot at dinner time, means no service.

I have been to this Wendy's a total of 4 times and I have had 3 terrible experiences. Today I tried to buy 5 orange frosty's. It said on my receipt that I received 5 orange frosty's. They gave me 5 chocolate frosty's which i did not even try to return due to my other terrible experiences with this Wendy's. In total this Wendy's owes me 5 orange frosty's, 1 cinnabon delight, and a large fry. Dear Wendy's, if you would like to reimburse me, please respond to this rating or shoot me an email.

Service was ok but food was terrible nuggets were old, fries where like cardboard and the meat on my sandwich was dried up the bun was hard on the bottom....everything tasted as it has been sitting since this morning....being I was at work I didn't have the time to go back...oh and I ordered a coke gave me diet? not happy

I went through the drive through, paid for my order, and didn’t receive a receipt. I asked if everything was in the bag and he had said yes. They felt a little light and I should have known then I was missing part of my order. I got home and passed out the food when I realized I was missing an entire combo meal. I called and ofcoarse the wanted a receipt I never received. I showed up and the girl who packed my order was literally calling me a liar in front of the person getting my order which was very unprofessional in my opinion. She stated everything was in my order. She gave me the combo meal. I won’t bother to call back about the burger and fries they ALSO missed and now I’m out the money for it. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had from this location over the last 6 months. A few months back I ordered jr. bacon cheeseburgers and I literally received buns with nothing on them. I refuse to return to this location.

Me and my coworker came to dine in last week. We had to take down a few houses worth of Christmas decorations for our clients and it was a day of freezing rain. The wonderful woman behind the counter not only was incredibly kind but genuinely curious about our work and why we were soaking wet whiners. We sat down with our food and because I got fresh fries and my friend didn't, he insisted his were fine and didn't want the nice woman to trouble herself, the worker brought him out piping hot fries to replace his and insisted he eat them and not the "old" ones. I wish I had caught her name. I will make sure I go and make sure I call corporate to compliment her. Work ethic outstanding, her care for the company image and customers is enoughof a reason.

I know it’s closing time around 1145 but still unacceptable . Whoever was working 12/12 - closed at 12 am 12/13 should be talked too. My fries were freezing cold , my gf paid 7$ for a burger that had a brick bottom piece for bread she ate a bottomless sandwich & looks like they threw the worst pieces of veggies on each burger basically the ends of the lettuce and tomato. Could have left it off. If it was the inner city I could understand but this is in holland/sylvania area and these prices are going up every few months here I just feel like when closing be considerate this could be someone’s first meal of the day because they too had to work. Wendy’s disappointed me today
