Walked in for the first time and felt immediately at home. I am drawn to hammered copper bars, and this one was very nice. The owners introduced themselves and made me feel like a regular immediately. I can't wait to return in warmer weather to try out the outdoor seating!

We came in town to spend some time to unwind at the lake. The Tale is 1 mile from our AirBNB and came recommended by our host. We came on a Monday and were greeted by the owner, Roger. Clean, updated bathrooms, cold beverages and good conversations with patrons. I don't come to a watering hole to eat so not having food doesn't matter to me. There's chips and snacks for sale if you need them. We will be back on our next trip! Bonus: I won on Keno! ?

Nice little dive bar. I showed up with about 80 people and the bar tender single handily served at least more than half of us. ROCK STAR!!
