We came in town to spend some time to unwind at the lake. The Tale is 1 mile from our AirBNB and came recommended by our host. We came on a Monday and were greeted by the owner, Roger. Clean, updated bathrooms, cold beverages and good conversations with patrons. I don't come to a watering hole to eat so not having food doesn't matter to me. There's chips and snacks for sale if you need them. We will be back on our next trip! Bonus: I won on Keno! ?

Didn't get to stay as long as I previously planned to. The time I did however spend the bartender made us feel welcome and never finding ourselves in need of another beverage the rest of the night. S. She definitely deserves to be highly compensated for the time effort an overall pleasant personality that she conveys towards everyone make you feel seen an heard. What an amazing feeling.

The owner and locals were exactly what I needed.Ever so awesome , definitely will be back, to visit again.Pool tables, darts, juke box, my dance partner, Well ... only thing I can say I'll be back to more lessons from her, Price of drinks, can't go wrong . I had so much fun I think I bought everyone a round, except a few I didn't get to meet.

Just a neighborhood pub, very friendly staff? Food trucks, DJ, name that tune, free online Tuesdays, Darts, 2 dollar domestic beer every day (11am - 2pm)All kinds of things to do, or just sit and have a beverage and relax, while playing keno or talking to friends and neighbors.

Local bar with pool table. Beer prices were good. They could use more staff. If they served food I'd be a regular.

Little disappointed. Really cute place, ton of potential, but no kitchen. I've never been to a bar that didn't have some bar food. Beers are $3 a bottle which is kind of crazy considering this is all you really offer. Bags of chips are not something I would even care to buy. Won't be back anytime soon unless they get some food added to the menu. Rather go to the may fly that offers food and drinks.
