We have been looking for a local pub. We were disappointed when the 05 Bistro closed as fast as they opened, but heard good things about this establishment so we thought we would give it a try. GREAT selection of bourbon, good cocktails, good food, and good service.

The place is very deceiving on the outside but the inside is nice. We stopped for drinks and food. The bartender Brooke was super friendly. They had live music. I got the traditional chicken tacos and he got the jalapeño and goat cheese burger. Both super delicious. Drinks were good

Wonderful food and great service. I'm not a Whiskey drinker but I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I went there to have a nice date. We sat up at the bar and ordered some of their signature burgers. I got the regular while my husband got The Goat (I think that’s what it was called). His burger had goat cheese, jalapeños, and raspberry jam and it was delicious! Both of the burgers were outstanding! We also tried a cocktail, they have several, it was called The River! Tasted like cinnamon and even a hint of eggnog. It was delicious! We had a great time and absolutely plan on taking friends and family with us! Can’t wait to go back!

Heard about their burgers and had to try them out. I was NOT disappointed! Great burger! Perfect! The best burger in town I'd wager. And THEN I came back another day and tried the huge pretzel. What a treat! A meal in itself! And THEN I came back because they had Brunch on Sundays with reasonable prices, I wasn't let down!

Whiskey River Tavern is not in a great location, but it’s a great find! The “River” which is their signature old fashioned was perfect! My husband ordered the “honey old fashioned” and it was also excellent. The pretzel was big and served with choices of dipping sauce, again all excellent. Our main dinner was a cheeseburger, which was juicy and delicious. My only recommendation is to park on the street, as the customer lot is very dark.

came in 7/12 2023 around 5:30 pm sat at the bar for 15 minutes bar tender didn't come over and asked us did we want to order a drink everyone at the bar had cocktails took a food order for the couple sitting next to us but never ask did we need anything I really thought that was poor service it was our first time coming in to try something new we seen on the news it wasn't a good experience
