This was the worst food that I have ever had.. I had grown up eating White Tower years ago. I returned home to Toledo after living gout of out and was excited to try a Butter Burger and enjoy some nostalgia to be utterly disappointed. White Tower was a big deal and for many years and what I found was a truly sad shell of what was a neighborhood and city diner. I went in to pick up my order and the inside was disgusting and dirty. The building was never pristine, but this was horrible. The staff was nice but when I got my food home my $12 butter burger platter and drink felt like I had been robbed. There were literally 10 fries and they were soggy dripping in grease and not even fully cooked. I couldn’t eat them. I fed them to my dog. The burger was horrible with almost no condiments and nothing that I asked for. The cole slaw was dry and disgusting and my drink was in a tiny cup. A fond memory growing up with my mother going to eat there was obliterated. I didn’t finish my burger that was also soggy and gave it to the dog. The young girl who worked there told me that she had been there for two weeks and customers tell her the place has been there forever and I told her that I am 58 and went there as a child. I had hoped for a pleasant experience but was very sad and upset that I would have had a better meal from McDonalds and it would have cost less. I have no idea how it has survived. I looked at the menu and they are trying to make it look upscale but it’s broken down and sad. The very worst meal of my life

The service was terrible! Also, I wanted to substitute something off of my omelet and was charged to add another item. The waitress didn't tell me that it was an upcharge until I paid for my food. Generally, the service is normally better but on this particular day, it was horrible.

Before the Pandemic started we patronized often. The girls (older ladies) that had been employed there had been employed there for Years, they had WT together. Food was good, place was clean. About 6 months ago I paid them a visit and The girls were gone, and there's a whole new staff including a new chef. And it's (under new management).I ordered the same thing that I always have, a butter burger platter with fries and coleslaw. The whole meal was ghastly.The meal went into the trash. They have changed the meat and the oil they use to prepare the fries, the coleslaw was dry with no seasoning, and the mayonnaise tasted off/cheap. So in my opinion they need go back to the products that were used prior to the management change and they could benefit by hiring a new chef.

He took it back kept it for some time and returned it there same way...$9.11... for a cup of hash browns... two eggs some ham lunch meat and toast.... same thing in Detroit would have had so much more flavor and half the price....

I went to go to this restaurant and it was at 830 am to a locked door and I walked to it to be disappointed by them being closed with a sighn that said they would be open at 7:30 am

biscuit and sausage gravy was awesome i usually do waffle house for my bis n gravy but i think ill be coming here because it was meatier and gravy tasted better thanx ill be back

The out side was very dark. The food was ok. I didn't get the ranch on my chicken wrap. Need some renovations. Needs to be more welcoming. And there were no inside dinning.
