Great place for quick takeout. Everything on the menu taste amazing. The couple of desserts are usually home made. There is seating available to eat in, it seems that most of their businesses take out however. Call ahead usually takes twenty to thirty minutes. Nonstop flow of folks, that's always a great sign.

Came in with a little uncertainty but so glad we tried it. I got chicken wings and fries and my husband got the cheeseburger. Everything was delicious and hot! The burger was huge and definitely worth the money. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Horrible service. Calling in for pick up? LOL plan on being on hold forever and they are rude as all get out. Every single one of them are rude. I should know, I live near by and have dealt with them many times. And they need to replace their oil for frying. You stink when you leave there just walking in the place.
Iāve come here for the last year whenever I want a gyro. Iāve tried 4 other places in Toledo but they donāt come close to wings & grill. Even their fries are better than all other places! (That Iāve tried. Grape Leaf is 2nd, shawarma & more 3rd, Teah 4th, Charlieās is last on list at #20, behind all restaurants I havenāt tried. They couldnāt pay me to eat at Charlieās again! Donāt eat there unless you want consistently raw and spoiled food)
Havenāt tried anything else on their menu so I canāt speak for that but as far as now, best gyro (and fry) spot in town!!!

Now first of all let me start off by saying I never had a problem with this business until today! I usually order Greek salad and or the chicken shawarma wrap! I WAS EATING MY SALAD WHEN I NOTICED A LONG BLACK PIECE OF HAIR AND I PULLED IT OUT AND MOVE THAT PORTION TO THE SIDE. IM LIKE OKAY! THIS A FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. AS I CONTINUED EATING I NOTICED A SMALL BLACK PIECE OF HAIR LIKE A NOSE HAIR AND THATS WHAT DID IT. I STOP EATING IT AND CALLED UP TO THE RESTAURANT TO JUST TO LET HIM KNOW. I WAS NOT GOING TO ASK FOR A REFUND OR A CREDIT. HE IMMEDIATELY GETS DEFENSIVE AND SAY āI DONT HAVE HAIR I HAVE A HAT ONā AND HE DOSENT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. IM LIKE WELL ITS SOMEONES HAIR! The lady at the front has blonde hair! I WAS TRYING TO LET HIM KNOW. HE GOT UPSET WITH ME SO I TOLD HIM I COULD EASILY LEAVE A BAD REVIEW OR CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HE YELLS AT ME CALL WHOEVER YOU WANT AND HANGS UP ON ME! OKAY NOW I MAKE IT PUBLIC.
