We have a photo of the front of our house from across the street - no food. $75 wasted! Took 15 min for anyone to answer the phone and when they did they couldn’t give us an answer about a refund and we didn’t even know their delivery was via Door dash. Dasher claims he didn’t even have a clue about the order. Ridiculous! Horrible service all around!
Today was my first ever time getting Wing Stop…I was taking lunch to my husband at his job down the road. I ordered online and had to wait a little bit when I got there, no biggie. When I got to my husbands work with our food we realized half our order was wrong. I called to let them know and they let me know they would replace the incorrect items and I could pick it up soon.
