Wasted 1hr 15 minutes just to find out my order was missing fries. They were rude. The white lady with the glasses made it clear she didn't care that she had to throw door dash orders away because the store got paid either way. Never again will I spend money here!!!!!!

We started going to Wingstop at Westgate on Central Ave in Toledo a few months back & it's been a Rollercoaster ride because we got horrible food and harassing service from management when we needed help for our order that they damaged, especially when we dined in! Female Manager was discriminative and we've reported her and the store to corporate a few times. They blast music and scream in the kitchen they're cooking in and that shows their communication & teamwork is way off. Just ordered 20 boneless wings combo thru Wingstop app and Door dash delivered 20 ct burnt boneless wings! Called and Manager Heather said I'd be refunded within 48 hrs..and its been 5 days with NO REFUND yet. We should never have to deal with the horrible service when we pay as much as we do for the food and in our beautiful Westgate location!

Nice crew, but the food not so good. The fries are terrible.(greasy and wimpy). My chicken sandwich was cold. The boneless chicken wings were very dry and they gave us the wrong order as well.

The place is a disaster. Every table is sticky (we tried to clean ours), the drink station is a huge mess, no napkins to be found, and a horrible smell from the drink station. Overheard the employee tell another customer, "just make sure it's right", as she handed her another item to put in the bag after dropping it before the customer had ahold of it. The chicken had an odd odor. The employee said it was the parmesan. I know spoiled meat. The fries tasted great but were served cold. For $27, I would expect hot edible food. The employee did not argue when a refund was requested.

Waiting on a refund from November 30th spoke with 3 different managers and still to this day I don't have my refund. From looking up Wings Stops BBB complaints this is an ongoing issue. When I asked if I could have the district manager's phone number or get into contact with that person I was told I could not. The best that they want to do is give me a $25 credit in their book. I have provided them with all the information that they have asked for including the date the order number etc... UPDATE after posting this review magically the refund was credited to my account....

Great food, always ready on time, nice servers for the most part.
The door dash dude opened the bag and ate the fries. Pretty sure he took the receipt if it was on there. When I went to call to figure it out they put me hold for a long time, maybe indefinitely. They put on hold right after I said, "So I just got food delivered and.." The food was great tho.
