Worst service ever, no one is wearing a hair net, cashier doesn't speak up cant understand her she's taking my order and texting on her phone, lady tossing the wings has long hair no hair net, shes on the phone face timing some one about partying hard, music coming from a Bluetooth speaker and musoc comimg from the speakers of the store, my first time ever eating here and my last time ever eating at a wing stop,
This might seem like a shock but this place is unbelievable i absolutely love this place the food is great but at times the fries are cold or they forget my sauce but things i can live with. My go to place at the moment absolutely mint

On central ave…. They burnt my chicken sandwich and over cooked y fries. I asked for extra fry seasoning and they didn’t do that either.

This location has taken a nosedive literally. If your making a 3 to 4 person order your easily spending 75-100 dollars. Which is paying several hours of wages for the people that work there. Which do not care, pay attention to detail, or have any customer service skills. It horrendous. And don't bother leaving your cliche bot response. I'll just make sure me or my people spend money with you again.

Ordered wings here last night, well done. They came out over an hour later than the estimated time (which, unfortunately, seems to be the norm here). When they finally arrived, the wings were soggy, barely seasoned, completely inedible AND we were missing 5 wings. I actually had to put them in my air fryer just to try and save them. Normally, the food makes up for the poor service, but this time both were terrible. I requested a refund and, unsurprisingly, haven’t heard anything back. This place just keeps getting worse with every order.
Very unprofessional, I walk in and it’s just a bunch of friends of the employees hanging out at a restaurant getting free drinks and chit chatting with the employee.
I’m sitting waiting for my order, turns out my order was already done but didn’t call my name because they were to busy talking to their friends.
Because of that the wings were cold!
I walked in around noon to place an order. An available staff member at the front said he could not take my order, which was confusing.
The manager, who was sitting on her phone with her laptop out adjacent to the counter said “sorry, online orders only.”
How is that the case? They have two registers up front, and I was going to pay with card.
Why would I need to order online? What dystopian world does this wingstop team think we live in? I’m in your store, with a desire to buy, and the financial means to do so, and you’re unwilling to take an order?
Absolutely insanity. I won’t be returning and recommend anyone reading this does not as well.

I ordered on Uber Eats but did not receive what I should have received. I called them back and asked if they had put it in the bag, but a lady kept saying to contact Uber Eats. The order was picked up just ten minutes ago when I was calling. Why couldn't you check? There was no receipt for me either. Will never order again.

Went there on their wing day with their extra free wings special the app would not work to give the wings. The employees did not care. They did not want to help or honor the wing day special. Even though it wasn’t working on the app. They even got multiple calls while I was there saying that the app wouldn’t work.

Slowest store on planet earth
This place is completely unprofessional! Literally… Every… Single… Time! The constant attitude in person and when you answer the phone. It takes everything in me not to go off on the staff, and I will not be returning to this location ever and I do not recommend anyone else do.
