This place is completely unprofessional! Literally… Every… Single… Time! The constant attitude in person and when you answer the phone. It takes everything in me not to go off on the staff, and I will not be returning to this location ever and I do not recommend anyone else do.

They got my order wrong. Cashier seemed to have an attitude. I never said anything, chose to be happy with what i had but most likely wont go back to this wing stop.They were really busy and everyone was working hard.

The staff members were accurate and fast, they communicated with each other , smiles on their face and had great leadership. I believe the managers on duty were Jessica and Heather.

Rude workers, try to call in and place an order and just get thrown on hold for 20 minutes. Go to go in and place an order and they are just standing around in the back chit chatting.

This last time I came in has been one of the better experiences I’ve had. The $2 for 2 tenders are a great deal, and the food did not disappoint. The cashier was friendly and paid attention to the needs of her customers.
My order was ready when I came in, even though my app suggested it wouldn’t be for an additional 20 minutes.
But on a good note I highly suggest the hot honey rub, by far my favorite flavor with a slight kick. And if you’re looking for good ranch, this is the place to go.

Good food, but I will never order from this location again. Ordered online for a delivery and somehow it switched to carry out. I called and was told that it couldn't be refunded or switched to a delivery without a manager and I was told that there was not a manager in the restaurant. When I arrived, I wasn't greeted and when had other customers cut in front of me to get their food or place orders. I don't recommend and after this experience I'd rather go to McDonald's.

No, in Ohio, DoorDash Dashers are not permitted to fill customer drinks for delivery orders. DoorDash policy and Ohio law specifically prohibit drivers from refilling bottles or providing drinks beyond the items included in the original order. Every time you have a driver fill a customer drinks you are in direct violation of Ohio State laws and health code protocol. It either stops or will be reporting to the health department. It is not our job to fill customers drinks. Do not continue to push your employees job on drivers. Learn and understand Ohio State laws and health code.

I recently had a terrible experience with a Wingstop employee named Mariah. I called in to place an order, and from the very beginning, she was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. She seemed completely uninterested in helping me and was very short with her responses. As I was trying to ask a question about the menu, she abruptly ended the phone call mid-conversation. I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Wingstop, and Mariah's behavior was completely unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure that other customers don't have to deal with such poor service.
