The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food here is great — no complaints there. However, the service could definitely use some improvement. It’s often hard to get someone's attention, and communication feels pretty awkward at times. Even when you are being helped, it’s not always clear what's going on, which makes for a pretty uncomfortable experience. They also seem to run low on basics like napkins and lids pretty frequently, and the dining area can get a bit messy. I still enjoy the food, but the overall experience could be a lot better with just a little more attention to detail.

No, in Ohio, DoorDash Dashers are not permitted to fill customer drinks for delivery orders. DoorDash policy and Ohio law specifically prohibit drivers from refilling bottles or providing drinks beyond the items included in the original order. Direct violation of Ohio State laws and health code allowing a delivery driver to fill customer drinks. They are not safe serve certified. They are not required to be safe serve certified. If I receive one more drink filled by a dasher I will file a complaint with the health department and proper legal services.

The central location isn't too bad, the wait times fluctuate based on traffic flow, ive gone in for uber orders and there's days where the staff is bubbly and super pleasant and other times where they seem a little tired or drained, they're never rude to me just not always talkative, communication for orders is good and I haven't had a complaint or a bad review from any of my customers when I've picked up an order from here, they aren't as bad as a lot of reviews have claimed in my opinion. We all have our bad days

We come to this wingstop almost every week. Today we picked up our online order, which Id love to mention was ready on time! They were very nice at pickup. Our food was separated perfectly, bagged beautifully, and we weren’t missing a single thing. Our fries are cooked perfectly and our wings are saucy! Our bag says Jocelyn prepared our order, but to the crew today you guys are great!

Drink station and tables were not clean. Had to ask for a rag to clean a table to sit at. Chicken sandwich was lame! Definitely not going back!
