Love Wixeys my parents used to get up early every weekend to get donuts for us now I’m going there to get donuts for my kids the quality great and the staff always friendly and helpful

Wixey Bakery did our wedding cake and it was everything that we wanted! They did a beautiful heart shaped cake with vintage style frosting and it was gorgeous! Not to mention how amazing it tasted! The cake was very moist and super tasty - if my husband and I didn’t have to have our first dance shortly after, we definitely would’ve finished the slice!
In addition to the amazing cake, their friendly atmosphere and professional customer service were always amazing. Everyone we had interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. They’re a Toledo gem for a reason!!

Stopped in recently while in town to visit a client on the recommendation from a local resident and was not disappointed. I’m an old school doughnut / pastry guy and this place has the goods! Was waited on by one of the family ( nice lady with beautiful white hair ) and you would have thought it was my normal Friday stop. If they’re all like that, no wonder it s been the go to for 95 + years. I live far far away in the flatlands but guarantee that the next time I’m within 100 miles I’ll be stopping by for a box of fritters and bear claws.

Parking: If can't find parking in the front, the first side street next to it has plenty of parking in a parking lot, and there's a parking lot on the other side where the entrance is for the school.

Cake tasted of flour, had a filling in cake…could they really spare the filling…hardly any in cake. Will never go there again…..a wasted 45.00! Unreal!
