You can't go wrong here, they will give you a sample of whatever soups are available, which allows you to pick the one that satisfies your taste buds. I had the loaded potato soup with half a sandwich this visit.

Got the pick two. Love the tomato bisque. The dressing for the Caesar salad was okay. Great service.

Nice customer service. My taste buds did not care for shrimp and corn chowder; however, others may think it is good. The tomato soup tasted like marinara sauce warmed up, it would have been great with a grilled cheese! I'll get that next time.

Love their soup! Always tastes homemade! Their sandwiches are delicious, too, and I like that you can get 1/2 sandwich. Just right!

I got the Cali w/ out jalapeno and sm broccoli & chz soup. It was a cold rainy day and it was perfect! Warm and filling. So filling I saved my roll for next day w/ cocoa. Line moved a bit slowly but only bc so many customers sampling the soups. Love that they let you try them out! Staff very sweet and attentive. Will b bk soon when I go to Toledo. :)Parking: Found a spot with no problem

It was my first time here and the employees were very helpful and you can also sample things which is very cool. They have plenty of soup, sandwich and salad options, and everything is prepared fresh and is delicious. I got the you pick 2, ceasar salad and tuna sandwich, very delicious and fresh!Vegetarian options: you can remove chicken from the salad!

The service was absolutely all over the place. There were people behind us that got their food before we did, and the person in front of us had been there over 20 minutes waiting, watching two orders go out before his as well! (Yes they were all walk in orders) 3 employees should not be working on the same oder getting confused, especially when there are several more orders to get through before those one The employees were nice But also the lobby was out of a lot of fountain pops and the ice machine had nothing in it Definitely would recommend going to the Maumee location over this one!

The chicken pot pie is my favorite comfort food when I'm not feeling well. I got it delivered today and it was not only packaged really well (shout out to whoever bagged my ordered) but also tasted as great as always. I appreciate the consistency and the staff's effort to not only make good food but also take the time to give a good experience even if it's just how it's bagged!

I keep getting mobile alerts with advertising and promo's but the last 3 times I went to this location, they were closed. It was in the middle of the day during opening hours yet there was no one inside on all 3 occasions and no sign saying why they were closed.

It's been quite a long time since I've wanted to review this place. I haven't been here in a while but if I'm in Toledo I'm most definitely going there. Funny backstory how I found this place. I went to Chick-fil-A and then learned that they cook in peanut oil. Decided I didn't want to die that day so my friend and I saw zoup so we decided on there. I have been there a few times and I would always get the lobster bisque mixed half and half in with another soup and my golly gee wilickers batman. It's literally a orgasm in your mouth. Their sandwiches were always good but just like their soup more. I hope to come back soon and see what things they have changed. The only thing is that it's a bit pricy. Not sure if that's changed as most things have gone up. But price isn't always a bad thing. If it's great you'll pay for it.
