I usually have nothing bad to say about any restaurant but I had an awful experience here today at 7:30 pm. An older employee named Troy shouted at and demeaned the 16 year old employee because they were getting behind. He then started slamming the oven and just generally being hostile because he was frustrated. The two boys working today were fantastic! Probably the best workers I've ever seen at this location. They were friendly and made the sandwiches very well. Best sandwiches I've had there also.

But the multigrain bread was hard like days old. Came in right around 11am. Maybe they are using old bread from days before? Definitely not fresh. Two times in a row with hard bread is enough to keep me from returning.
