Everything hot in fresh you may have to wait for it just tell them you want hot and fresh they do it and it taste way better when it's fresh you can taste and see the difference.

Went through the drive thru between 8:00-8:30 on Wednesday 11/12/2025. Placed my order (spicy chicken sandwich combo & a 2 piece chicken meal (requested 2 legs), got home order was completely different. Received 5 wings w/wedges & 3 piece dinner w/2 thighs, leg, fries & biscut, totally nothing like what I ordered. I live across town, was in the neighorhood, stopped to get my meal. Got home was very disappointed. Call back and the young lady answered the phone expected me to come back across town to correct their mistake. Customer service was very poor and non professional. I just told her to forget it

Had a great time hanging out in the drive thru line. Nobody wanted to take the order but i wasnt sure if this was a place you can get food. I only lost 15 minutes of my work day & got to leave hungry. Loved it here ❤️

The service and food at the KFC at 5321 Sale Ave. in Trotwood, OH is amazing! They go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy and have a great experience.
They had me wait 10 minutes for my food to give me some fries that almost cracked my damn tooth. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. The Manager was nice tho to give me my money back.
