I recently ordered 2 tights and 2 drumsticks through the app. I picked up the order myself but didn’t check it thoroughly at the time. When I got home, I realized only one drumstick was included instead of two. I tried to file a complaint through the app, but there doesn’t seem to be an option for that. This has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

Ordered a 12 piece and Mac and fries for delivery..the chicken taste and smelled horrible spit it out immediately! Assuming it was sitting for God knows how long. Same with the Mac and fries unfortunately. Don't want a refund I have learned my lesson...NEVER

Ordered 2 meals. Was hoping to have them delivered for the first time ever using a food delivery service. Made the wrong choice. 1st driver never shows after an hour they send a second driver and it takes them an hour to show up, still with only half of the order. Then the male manager asked me to return the food for them to make sure. I took it back and they refused to even talk to me to figure it out, they said to call door dash instead to get a refund. The manager completely ignored that I was there, but had an employee ask for the food to inspect it then, I wasn't even compensated for the food.

Rude from the order box, seems like the clerk was annoyed, didn’t really listen and still got the order wrong. No pickles means no pickles but I guess she said no messing with the chef and put them on anyway, if I was allergic I’d be suing right now. And if I would have paid for the nuggets as a meal and got these pathetic little things I would be calling their corporate office. Never again.
