I'm not big on McDonald's but my son loves it. The only problem is some of the people who works there act like they just hate being there. Sometimes that make getting your order right

They cuss a lot and are extremely loud. Once I’ve went there with my brother and his burger bun was extremely hard and our fries were terrible. I’ve also been there and they’ve been out of ice and they’re always out of ice cream. However they do have good breakfast

How do you fail at making food as soon as you open? My bagel was tough like it has been sitting for an hour and 90% of my coffee was vanilla. It was so much vanilla it was nauseating. Y’all are incompetent.

Not to mention my wife’s breakfast sandwich had so much sauce on it the egg fell out and was sitting in the wrapper not even on the bagel lol. Good ole trotwood

It was only 6pm but the Food was mediocre,
they had maybe 6 customers waiting (FOREVER. Like 15 solid mins per person. When normally it's like 3-4mins)
A ton of staff but only half were working and the other half were walking around distracting the others working. (Walking behind the checkout, then the lobby, then back to the kitchen, then back to the lobby...etc)

The place was a mess too.
2/10 Rating (at least the food was edible)

Shorted items, had to go inside and get items they forgot, making the rest of my meal cold before I could eat it, gave wrong sauce, no napkins, restrooms were almost out if paper, got nothing but a stupid look from employees when I mentioned it. Stood there looking stupid and hung each other because there were no napkins in dispensers. Manager requested employees fill, which led to more blame shifting, She got me napkins herself , employees obviously don't respect her authority or have any pride or accountability for their jobs. Place was understocked as I observed others customers trying to get sauces etc and they weren't readily available. Slow service,,cashier was pleasant but not very efficient.

Order online. Used rewards points. They asked me what I was waiting on which was a coffee. I waited 20 minutes and didn’t even get looked at again. The service was terrible. Would reccomend going elsewhere.

After waiting at the intercom for 10 min. Paid for my food and was told to pull to the first stall, then proceeded to wait almost 20 min. Then went inside to get my food and was told they didn't have an order for it even with the reciet, would not recommend one bit.
