Went through the drive thru to get a happy meal, only to get home to find that there was an empty box where a toy should be. I called up to the store numerous times, just to be hung up on twice. Of the two times they actually answered, there was a lady that tried to get a manager on the phone the second time they answered, but when she explained to him what the issue was, he hung up the phone as well. When my husband went up to get the toy, he asked why wasn't the toy in the box? A short guy with dreads with blonde tips said the employees be in the back playing with them. He then said well that was the last ninja turtle toy, we now have basketball toys would you like that. My husband said no, my son wants the ninja turtles that is advertised. The guy pulls the ninja turtle toy out of his pocket and puts it in the box and then walks away. Then walked outside to talk to another employee or manager that was sitting in their car.

I have had very mixed experiences here. Some great, others pretty terrible!
I paid for my food at 11:02 and 20 mins later I still don’t have my food. Been watching cars come and go and no one has brought my food out yet.. by far thee worse McDonalds in the world. I’ll never come back

I placed a mobile order online and ordered nuggets and two frappes. I enter and im told their machine is down. I understand that happens, so i wasnt mad.
I asked for a partial refund because my drinks had additions to them that made them more expensive.
They told me i cant get a refund because i ordered online through the app. That is not true, but i didnt have time to argue because i was on my lunch break.
I got regular iced coffees instead and lost like 4 dollars.

I came to pick up a late night door dash order and the drive through line didn't move. You could very clearly see 6 employees standing at the front counter chit chatting and ignoring the line wrapped around their building. Terrible service and long wait times are what you get here.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the USA. I thought Miami McDonald’s was bad. Naw this has the worst of the worst McDonald’s beat. I’m in drive thru now. Been waiting over 12 minutes just for them to take my order. Still haven’t took my order. It’s been like this the 3 times I been here. The employees are not nice. They don’t apology for super long wait. They have no manners or empathy. If you say thank you. They will look at u like u said a bad word.l. It’s way more to say and I don’t have the time or patience. Just know that this by far the worst McDonald’s on this planet.

This place is a wreck. Manager yelling and cussing at customers. The manager and employees talking bad about customers so loud you can hear from the lobby ( my husband and I was one of the ones they was talking bad about ). Fries nasty and cold. This is not a good place to take children if you don't want them to hear cussing and yelling. I would of asked for corporate number but the manager said it was on the receipt and when I called it says it will go to the gm. I want to talk to someone higher up.

Was in the area was ordering got cut off with my price pull up to get my food practically thrown my drink and told to go to the reserved one spot then told nope wait . The people that work there really need to be taught customer service and to let people talk I get it keep the line moving but really

The female manager straight up refused to give us our food after we paid for it online and called the police on us when we tried to wait for our order, theres an issue everytime we come. Please for your own sake dont go to this one.

All I had was an iced coffee. There was some confusion regarding my app code, but the shift manager made adjustments. No smiles from any of the team members, but my needs were met. Went in to use the restroom as well and the restaurant was nice and clean.

I came in to get 50 gift cards. The cashier and the manager were very patient and helpful. I wish I would have gotten their names. Normally I do. They should be recognized and commended.
