The food was good, and the customer service was great. We ordered some more food and the cashier put the food we previously ordered in the warmer until the rest of the food was done. I recommend this pizza hut

I got my pizza and it was super floppy the toppings fell right off when I picked it up not to mention the pizza wasn't cut all the way though so when I took a slice I had to rip it away. Which just made eating it a mess!

Just ordered delivery. Driver accidentally forgot my 2 liter, immediately said they would bring it right back. Not the issue. I called the store, just to let them know what had happened. I wasn't angry, I was just being a normal consumer by letting them know. Except, no one ever answered my call. IMO, they already knew the problem and instead of answering a customer's call, they left me on hold until the driver returned and I then hung up. That's pretty sad customer service. Don't paint every customer with the same paint brush, Trotwood Pizza Hut. Have common courtesy. What happened to that?

I know personal pans are only $2 on Tuesday but they don’t have to look like this. Damn. I ordered 4 and ALL of them looked like this or worse.

You know, They do not use bags and expect you to perform a balancing act getting your food through the drive-through window. They don’t know you or if you have a medical condition or what not but bags are important for small items like wings and stuff like that. Just bag it Up, you know, in a real way.
Also, they don’t follow instructions like cutting pizza in squares when you put it in the app, you know. They need new management in a real way, you know.

Absolutely not!! There is no way I placed my order at 6:55 and I’m still waiting 40 mins later for a pickup order! This is ridiculous beyond ridiculous and I’m at work it said 15 mins not a hour

I went to get my lunch and the worker at Pizza Hut act like I was bothering him I had to ask him for napkins he gave me one napkin I asked for my Pepsi Cola he said did you have a pop I asked him is my bleu cheese in the container he said yeah I didn’t get my bleu cheese and received one napkin and the workers hair was all over his head his hair didn’t look clean at all this experience was the worst Pizza Hut in Trotwood you have to do better

Been trying to give this place a chance but now it is obvious. They take your money anytime you order double ingredients and they give you the same amount as if you didn’t double it. On many occasions we’ve gotten pizza from here and it don’t matter if you order double or not, you still get the same amount of toppings. In this instance, we ordered double ham and double pepperoni take a look at this photo and you be the judge.

my stomach fixed for some hot wings one would think that's a simple order but instead of covering my wing they rushed my order it looks an taste like colored OIL I got a bowl red Gotdam Grease on some "shining chicken" $10 for half azz service from the cook an here's a tip Serve your customers like you serve your Corporate an I'm more irritated I had the write a review when all they had to do was cover the wings in sauce and then shake the bowl Eaten 2 wings an no napkin needed but my fingertips shinning like a new Gotdam penny! I would of save 20+$ getting a simple salad

Staff super friendly food really good
Let's just say I'm not happy at all and can't wait to call the General Manager Matt in the morning. Ordered for delivery only to be told that order was marked undeliverable because driver couldn't find address. Light was on and we were outside waiting. Called stored and Manager Trinity said the driver came and tried to call and went to voice mail. Phone never rang. After a conversation with manager was told the pizza was being remade and it will be there shortly. Well an hour later still outside waiting no one showed up. Called back and was told again that it was brought back to store undeliverable. Question? Why didn't driver call all the information was given. No one called in the first place, no voice mail or text NO nothing. Both times. As a Restaurant Manager this service is not acceptable just own your mistake and not lie to me saying you will fix the problem and never follow thru. Refund was given but after working 15 hours I expect to receive my order and not hear excuses. It's bad enough to warrant a call to corporate as well. Unacceptable Pizza Hut. I rather you listen and not talk over me and fix the issue. Sorry but that's no where near Hospitality. I suggest finding another location or not patronizing this location at all.

Terrible delivery driver. My pizza was all over the box. I am certain it was because the driver pulled my pizza out of the bag vertically instead of horizontally. I am pretty sure Pizza Hut did not train him that way.
