Customer service was terrible the person that made our sandwiches act like she really didn't want to be there her attitude was not too good and her engaging with the customer was terrible 😔 I will not return to this place

I ordered pickup, two foot longs. I get in the store when the app says it's ready, and it's another 20 minute wait. I paid extra for extra veggies on one sandwhich, and didn't receive the extra. My whole 2nd footlong had just bell peppers, no sauce, I had lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, jalepenos and more. Just bell peppers, no sauce at all. Store would not answer the phone when I was calling for a replacement or refund.

As always, they service when they feel like it and close when they feel like it. Sometimes they take cards, sometimes they don't. I can't even say it's got or miss with this particular location... it's easy more miss than anything else. I have been outside for 10+minutes. Light still on. Sign still says open. Door locked. I finally knocked, and the employee looked around the corner then went back. I knocked again, and she turned the lights out. This is not new. This location needs so close or hire better people because this is beyond ridiculous. Gives a bad name to Subway in general.
