I recently stopped by White Castle for a pick-up order and overall had a pretty positive experience. Placing the order was simple and convenient, and when I arrived, everything was ready in a timely manner. The service stood out to me more than anything—everyone I interacted with was polite, quick, and seemed genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of, which is always appreciated.
The only downside to my visit was that they were unable to provide me with the medium milkshake I had ordered. It’s something I was really looking forward to, so at first I was a little disappointed. However, the way the staff handled the situation made a big difference. Instead of just brushing it off, they immediately took the initiative to write me a coupon so I could come back and get the milkshake on my next visit. That thoughtful gesture completely changed my impression of the situation and showed me they truly care about customer satisfaction.
Overall, while everything didn’t go perfectly, the staff’s willingness to resolve the issue and make it right left me with a very positive impression. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Good luck getting helped if you walk into the store. Employees actively avoid walk-in costumers at the counter, terrible customer service. Stood there for 10min being the only customer inside. Drive thru line had 2 cars.. I had a 1 item pickup order. I wouldn’t have been helped if I didn’t speak up and shout over the counter for someone to START my order. I work in customer service and fast food environments, and I can say not one employee there is worth keeping.

All right Coke machine. Let's talk. Coke machine was bad and they had no. Fanta no. Barks no normal barks root beer and they had no Fanta zero. The AC was not on on the hot day. If you didn't have AC on a hot day, But overall not bad. The burgers are not bad but could use a little work not to be mean
I ordered one Texas toast sausage sandwich. And mozzarella sticks. I didn't get any marinara sauce. And they charged me for two sandwiches. I only wanted one. Maybe it was a mistake, but geesh pay attention to ppl's order. Ask them their order again afterwards. Especially if they ask why it's so much.

Never been to any place for food and it be so slow , people it's the kitchen cooking cleaning up mess scratching their face or hair ,using the cash register all while wearing the same gloves,after about a 40 minute wait on 20 sliders got home and the order was short 4 burgers 2 in each bag
