Fell in love with the bread first at a mill in darke county. Then found the actually bakery that makes the bread. Food is really good! Amazing sourdough and pumpernickel bread. First time stopping in and all I need was some Sourdough bread.
The loaf was so fresh they warned me that if I needed it sliced it may smoosh it a bit. Told them that’s fine. The plan was just to make brisket sandwiches with Irish cheddar and garlic, aïoli.
As it was so fresh I was instructed to not tie the bag up and let it cool.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee.Both were very delicious and satisfying.All ingredients were very fresh.The coffee was quite good, smooth with no acid bite.Natalie was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.We took home a lemon bar, brownie and a loaf of Italian bread.Each were fresh and tasted heavenly.We’ll be back?
