Food was alright. Eggs are always so hit or miss here. I got their new pancake sandwich. And it was advertised as 2 small sandwiches covered in powdered sugar but I received one large sandwich with no powdered sugar.

I received Store-bought sausage links, burnt sausage patties, and raw eggs with my meal. STORE BOUGHT, not Bob Evans. The waitress never asked for refills or when we wanted our check. You hire individuals that completely LIE to hire. I have adored Bob Evans for over 40 years. Now, it sickens me how you corporations worry more about your bank accounts rather than your own people or communities. YOU NEED SHUT DOWN!

Arrived at this location with my husband and 2 children at 6:30pm at 6:35pm we placed our order and our server never came back with our breads or to check on us or anything. She did walk by fast a few times and say I know guys I’m sorry. At 7:45 I walked up front to ask if our order was even put in only to have another lady say we don’t know where it is we will send someone over. At that point we left. Without feeding our children. At 8pm we walked in a very crowed chick fil a and had our food by 8:07pm. My kids really wanted breakfast but unfortunately Bob evans dropped the ball. We will sadly no longer go to this location because this is not the first time we have had this happen to us. What really gets me is they are never really busy.

Server was not the brightest…had to come back SEVERAL times because she kept getting our order wrong. Brought appetizers but did not bring drinks, then she said she would bring us plates and never came back. She brought us the wrong food, then set it down and told us we can deal it, this is ridiculous
Horrible experience we went for my daughter's birthday and the waitress ignored us didn't ask if we were ok didn't even get us refills forgot to order my husband food that we waited 30 minutes for just to find out she didn't place the order when she did we waited 20 more minutes just to get another waitress took care of us she refilled our drinks and got his food

Their food was okay, my hubby enjoyed the ham and side. But the lemon garlic chicken was very dry/ overcooked. The waitress wasn't the greatest. She was rude and in a pissy mood.
