This particular Bob Evans building was not handicap accessible. Outside doors had no electronic access and pulled out. If you are alone on a walker that is almost impossible. The bathroom had a stall, but the sinks were so high my companion could not reach the water, soap, or towels. And again the door pulled inward to get out. The service was great the breakfast was good.

Somehow I have ordered here 3 times, Everytime I get biscuits and gravy with 2 additional biscuits. I do not understand how they cannot figure out that 2 biscuits from the biscuits and gravy plus the 2 additional biscuits makes 4 total. Everytime I have ordered here over the last year they only give me 2, not the 4 I ordered. It's ridiculous that it's happened repeatedly, I've had this issue with other Bob Evans as well. Getting a $3 gift card for the cost of the biscuits does not make up for the inconvenience of having your order incorrect over and over. Will not be ordering from this establishment again, which is unfortunate because I used to love getting their food.

My family and I stopped in Troy on our way south and found Bob Evans as we were passing through. Dinner was great with a home cooked meal feeling. It was a fantastic choice after driving all day. Will be sure to stop in again if we have the option to! The only thing I would recommend is for there to be two sides included with the kids' meals so we could give them something like a vegetable and mashed potatoes etc. Thanks again!

B.E. used to be a staple back in the 80s/90s because it was consistently decent food. However, sometime in the 2000s that changed & we had not been there for many years due to a significant decline in cleanliness and food quality. This morning while running errands, perhaps longing for nostalgia, we decided to give it another try.
Although we were seated right away, service was pretty slow. Our server was as nice as she could be, and was very apologetic about the waits (It wasn't her fault the place was suddenly flooded with people all at once). Once the food did arrive it was very good, everything cooked to order and fresh. Great job by the cooks! It was then a bit of a long wait to get the check. Then the cash registers went down, and there was an interminable wait among a few grumpy people who were also waiting to pay.
Oh well, the food & server were so good that we were just like, whatever. Thankfully we had some cash and were finally on our way. Hopefully the cashier gave our server her tip.

I Ordered a chicken salad fruit plate and it was nothing but lettuce and very little chicken salad and bananas, blueberrys and apples. It was the worst meal ever 😩 so disappointed and very costly
I don't mind paying for what I was suppose to receive on that plate. Troy ohio Bob Evans is going down hill not the first times experience this with a meal. Started going to Tipp City Bob Evans.
