Made an online order. Picked it up and realized they got it wrong. Called them to notify. Was put on hold for a good 15 mins when wanting to speak with a manager. Simultaneously, I called from a different number and the hostess picked up very quickly. When asked why they still had me on hold on the other line, they mentioned then that the manager was very busy. I was asked to come back again to the location to speak with the manager or get a refund which I'd be only getting if I brought the wrong order back. Went back to the location still thinking I'd rather get my right order. Waited another 10 mins at the pick up to speak with the manager and was told then I would have to wait another 20-25 mins to get my correct order. Needless to say, I ran out of patience and asked for a refund instead. During all this, the manager or any employee had zero empathy or any sort of response to help at all. While I waited there, I actually witnessed 2 other customers who had similar issues when they got there for pick up. So, obviously this isn't a one-off occurrence. So, I'd suggest anyone who values their time and money to spend it somewhere else cause this location won't be doing that!
Big thumbs down to the manager who had zero idea of what it meant to be a manager. It really isn't that difficult to acknowledge your mistake and have at least some level of accountability. I didn't witness any that day. Won't be back!
Usually Bdubs is a perfectly solid place to go to but this was one of the worser experiences I've had with them. I ordered boneless wings and fries. The wings ended up being some of the smallest I've ever had from this chain, and the sauce on the sauced half (the other half I chose a dry rub) was practically non-existent. Barely any sauce. It also took the food something like an hour to get out to our table, which is bizarre considering it wasn't that busy. And the food was lukewarm at best. Do you not have heat lamps or something to keep it warm??? But clearly it was ready for a while and just sat there. I'm not sure what exactly the serving staff was doing at the time that prevented someone from bringing it out while it was still fresh. Really strange how bad this experience was, absolutely not what I'm used to from other locations.
Waited 15 minutes to sit. Place was pretty empty. Ordered appetizers, took an hour to get those. Was pretty ridiculous. I would suggest avoiding this one.

Alycen has served us twice. She remembered us from our toddler. She is personal, interactive, and picks us up when our 3yr old is ketchup deep. I hope she sees this.

If i could give a lower rate i would two hours wait and good came out cold no manger ever came to check in . Go to Huber Heights

6:10 pm: Place order
6:35 pm: show up to pick up order, get told it will be a couple minutes.
6:50 pm: Told it’ll be a couple more minutes.
7:10 pm: Apologized to, said it will be a few more minutes.
7:20 pm: People that I saw walk in earlier to dine and eat are already leaving after having their meals.
7:30 pm: Finally get my food. Take it home to find most of it is cold and the order isn’t totally accurate.
8:00 pm: Email a complaint, which was responded to with 250 rewards points in compensation to add to my account. Cool, if I waste a few more hours of my life waiting at Buffalo Wild Wings in Troy, I’ll be able to get a free chips and salsa!

I drove 23 minutes there for carry out. Got there 1 minute past the approximate time for pick up. Food was cold as I checked to make sure all the sauces were included. So I had to drive 23 minutes home then put my food in the oven to eat it. I expect hot food especially with a long drive home so it’s still warm enough to eat.

Stopped in for lunch today and was seated in a booth that had crumbs on the table and seat, along with dried mud in the seat. We considered moving to a different booth but found it to be in the same condition. The same lack of cleanliness was noticed when we were in with a group back in October. There have been too many disappointing experiences (dirty tables, cold food, wrong orders, long waits for pick up orders) at this location to return.

Ordered 20 wings and large wedges, received 15 cold wings and cold wedges halfway filled up. Best manager could do is give me a $5 credit for when I eat there next or remake the order and make me go pick it up (after ordering delivery that cost $12 for convenience).
Something is wrong with their freezer, all of our food tasted like it. 2 entrees, an appetizer and 2 beers $74. There was a chicken wing on the floor next to our table. Won’t be back to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever.

If you're thinking about ordering takeout, don't bother. I made the mistake of getting Buffalo Wild Wings last Thursday for my gf and myself, and I never got to eat the food I ordered? Why?
The First time picking up the food, they only handed me my chicken* with no sauces, carrots, ranch etc. I didn't realize this until I got home.
The Second attempt to pick up the rest of my order, and they hand me a bag that was supposed to have the rest of my order. I decided to trust the competence of the people working there that everything was in order now. Nope. They handed me a bag with only the ranch and carrots in it.
Meaning that I had to go back a third time to get all of my order. When I left I thought that I would finally be able to have dinner. Nope, let's get to that asterisk from earlier.
* Turns out they shorted me a third of my wings.
At this point I've had enough of the sheer incompetence of the staff, and I go back a fourth time to attempt to get a refund. I took the food back on my 4 trip to the restaurant. After I explain everything, I told them I wanted a refund, but they at first refused and tried to offer to remake everything. At which point I tell whoever it was that got stuck with handling this f-up, why would I wait any more time for you all to mess it up for a fourth time?
Turns out, they couldn't refund the money I just blew on this 'experience ' immediately. At the soonest it'd be 7 business days, and the latest of 10 business days.
Funnily enough, I'm still waiting for my refund as I'm writing this review.

Placed order online early(before they opened). Online pick up time was 11:00 to 11:10. I showed up at 11:05 and was told they just opened and would take another 15 minutes. I had to cancel my order due to my work schedule, I only get a 30 minute lunch. Why have online ordering set times that are not possible for staff to meet?
Terrible service at the front desk!! Like TERRIBLE service food is prepared extremely slow I’m honestly not sure what the are actually doing back there
