They forget items literally every time.

I am disabled in a wheelchair and order delivery from the BWW App. My credit card was charged but I never received my order. I contacted the Troy restaurant and they were no help at all. Did not care, refused to redeliver the order, and refused to refund me. I have contacted them several times, contacted their customer support line and still no help from anyone. They stole my money and my order. Terrible customer service.

Sat at the bar and all the servers were fantastic. My beer glass never went empty and they kept checking king up on me.

Renovations are nice however this is the only bdubs around that does not allow more than 10 piece boneless. Many other surrounding locations still allow 15 or 20 bogo at the time of this review.

Came here on 11/21/25. The new renovations look great and Kimmy the bartender is awesome. She’s always super nice and great service. The issue I have is with the food. We ordered at 2 and didn’t get our food until 2:50. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders and they were like rubber and got fries and they were soggy. The chicken was also extremely small. One was about the size of a tator tot. We will be back but not for food, just drinks. Not sure why the quality of bdubs food has gotten so crappy. It’s unfortunate.

After waiting for 2 hours our food finally came out cold. Our waiter tried his best to make it right with us. However, his manager refused to make it right bc we ate one wing (to verify they were not warm) they ended up giving us $5 off a $95 bill. Would not recommend eating here unless you like cold food.

They took care of a whole group of Veterans for Veterans Day! The Manager Jamie personally attended to us. Thank you again for making our day today!

Ordered $90 worth of takeout. When we got home we were missing the 15 traditional wings as well as the honey bbq sauce we ordered with two of the other items. Sooooo we had to schlep all the way across town AGAIN to pick up the items missing. In addition…the fries were old and the boneless parm wings had next to no parm sauce on them. Not impressed. I suggest you frequent another place for your food needs…there are much better options in Troy.

Never do an online order for a later pick up time. You still wait 15-20 minutes after pickup time. I selected a time slot almost an hour later than the current “estimated time” and was told my order wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes, after waiting 8 minutes for someone to help me. Sorry BW’s, poor execution on your part!! I understand waiting on an order I just placed, but almost 90 minutes after I ordered is sad.

Customer service doesn’t fail at the counter—it fails in leadership.
Buffalo Wild Wings – Troy, OH
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered lunch online for my husband and me after church. Ordering through the app was simple, but everything fell apart when I arrived for pickup. I got there just two minutes early. The “To Go” clerk eventually came over, gave me my bag, and walked off without checking the order. When I noticed our strawberry lemonades were missing, she looked confused, left for 7–8 minutes, and came back saying the bartender was making them. Another 7 minutes passed before she returned again with the same excuse. Meanwhile, my food sat on the counter—two burgers, fries, and a warm cookie skillet with ice cream—getting cold and melting.
When the drinks finally came, I politely asked to speak with a manager. The manager walked up, didn’t greet me, and offered no apology. Instead, she said there was nothing she could do because they only had one bartender. I explained that my food was now cold and dessert melted, but she simply repeated, “There’s nothing I can do. You already paid online.”
That response was shocking. A manager should never dismiss a customer that way. Even a simple “I’m sorry” would have shown empathy. She could have offered to recook the food, replace the dessert, or find some other way to make it right. Instead, she chose to do nothing.
This wasn’t about waiting for drinks—it was about the lack of care, accountability, and respect for the customer. When management shows no empathy, it sets the tone for the entire staff. Sadly, this experience left me with cold food, melted dessert, and no desire to return. Customer service shouldn’t be a dying art, but at this location, it feels like it is.

Made an online order. Picked it up and realized they got it wrong. Called them to notify. Was put on hold for a good 15 mins when wanting to speak with a manager. Simultaneously, I called from a different number and the hostess picked up very quickly. When asked why they still had me on hold on the other line, they mentioned then that the manager was very busy. I was asked to come back again to the location to speak with the manager or get a refund which I'd be only getting if I brought the wrong order back. Went back to the location still thinking I'd rather get my right order. Waited another 10 mins at the pick up to speak with the manager and was told then I would have to wait another 20-25 mins to get my correct order. Needless to say, I ran out of patience and asked for a refund instead. During all this, the manager or any employee had zero empathy or any sort of response to help at all. While I waited there, I actually witnessed 2 other customers who had similar issues when they got there for pick up. So, obviously this isn't a one-off occurrence. So, I'd suggest anyone who values their time and money to spend it somewhere else cause this location won't be doing that!

Big thumbs down to the manager who had zero idea of what it meant to be a manager. It really isn't that difficult to acknowledge your mistake and have at least some level of accountability. I didn't witness any that day. Won't be back!

Usually Bdubs is a perfectly solid place to go to but this was one of the worser experiences I've had with them. I ordered boneless wings and fries. The wings ended up being some of the smallest I've ever had from this chain, and the sauce on the sauced half (the other half I chose a dry rub) was practically non-existent. Barely any sauce. It also took the food something like an hour to get out to our table, which is bizarre considering it wasn't that busy. And the food was lukewarm at best. Do you not have heat lamps or something to keep it warm??? But clearly it was ready for a while and just sat there. I'm not sure what exactly the serving staff was doing at the time that prevented someone from bringing it out while it was still fresh. Really strange how bad this experience was, absolutely not what I'm used to from other locations.

Waited 15 minutes to sit. Place was pretty empty. Ordered appetizers, took an hour to get those. Was pretty ridiculous. I would suggest avoiding this one.
