Went to the drive thru. Ordered a double whopper with cheese, no pickles. When I got home and opened my sandwich I was greeted with 2 patties, 1 slice of cheese, and SIX PICKLES. No lettuce. No tomato. No onions. No condiments whatsoever. Just pickles. Seriously? The children and stoners you employ think this nonsense is funny? Will be reporting this to the franchise owner. Will never return to this location.
Edit: Just want to mention I called and asked to speak to a manager and was immediately hung up on. Shameful!

12/31/24 - Onion skins on our burgers today, which are not edible. Sloppy, messy, drippy over saturated sad excuse for human food.
Who rules? It must be me for making a poor food choice to eat at BK. Ruling the roost of incompetent decisions and setting expectations beyond the ability for a company to deliver them by the rules in which they set those expectations for customers.
Isn't that enough for now? I surmise that this is the status quo had I not made the choice to visit this dire establishment.

Absolutely awful service. Went through the drive thru with a coupon and they refused to take it off because “you have to say it at the speaker” you don’t give us the coupon at the window “. The male employee was rude when my husband asked for the coupon amount to be taken off the charge. We were also missing items from the order that we were charged for.
Every place I’ve ever used a coupon you provide at time of payment and it’s reduced from the bill. Apparently that’s not the case at Burger King in Troy? The employee has no reason to be rude or disrespectful!

I never go to Burger King but thought I would get some breakfast on the way out of town, it was 10:15 and was told they are out of breakfast. No wonder all the BK’s are going out of business with lack of food and service. Never again will I waste my time.

It took two attempts to get my order right even after trying to point out to the person behind the register that it did not look like she rang up everything correctly. Once they brought my order out I was missing an entire meal so I had to stand in line and order again so my whole family would get there orders. Very frustrating. This is not that difficult. Part of the problem is the way combo meals ring up in the system and on the tape.

I use to enjoy BK a lot. Not so much anymore. Not after what I witnessed 10/10/24. Sent a letter to the Troy health board and sent a complaint via BK website. No response from either place as of yet.
I witnessed a female employee who was working the cash register hand out fries to a customer. When that same customer returned because they instead wanted onion rings, the employee dumped the fries into the fresh batch. That is a HUGE no-no. You do not do that. Period. You throw them out and make new. I had already paid for my order and almost walked out.
Figured I would instead notify both the franchisee owner and the Troy health board first. I do enjoy the whopper sandwich. However, it is obvious that some of the employees need further educated in the food service industry.

I was on my walk around burger King and I saw a female employee took someone behind the dumpsters and I heard inappropriate noises coming from behind the dumpsters. I believe she is a closer because she was wearing her uniform and it was Oct 5th and this happen Oct. 6th early morning. When I got closer I did recognize her. So I know she works at burger King because I eat there all the time. I will not be eating at burger King anymore. If she could do that I wonder what else she does while working on the clock.

Tried to order from the menu and was told the item didn't exist. Then was treated like I was stupid when I pointed it out on the menu. Used to be a decent place but all the burger Kings have steadily gotten worse in the last year or 2.

After taking my order and waiting 8 minutes for ONE car in front of us, we got to the window to be told, "duh... we don't have any cones so I can't get you any ice cream cones."? Could have offered ice cream in a cup, sundae, milkshake...??♀️
I stated previously this this is bad! He ordered food and then a set of getting the food we ordered, which we were charged for, we got a french fry bag with lettuce in it and a junior cheeseburger. Then when I called about it because she did. Even though I took a picture

Ordered through door dash and never received my sandwiches, only got fries! Tried calling and they would pick up and instantly hang up. Very disappointing!

I will not come back to this restaurant. I was just there Saturday night and went to the drive thru. I stopped at one other store that night before going home and this was the only time I went anywhere Saturday. I woke up Sunday morning and checked my checking account. There was an unknown charge on my account for twenty dollars to reload a gift card. The only time my card wasn't with me that day was when I handed it to your drive thru person to pay for my dinner... My 8-9 dollar dinner ended up costing me 30 dollars. Just got a call from the bank someone tried taking 100 dollars. I haven't ruled out contacting the police department
