Shut the whole Burger King down. They don’t cater to truck drivers. The lobby usually stays open until 10pm. Who closes at 9pm. I was a bobtail. Back to McDonalds. Even the one in Huber Heights and Vandalia stay open until 10pm

I’m claiming this money back through the credit card company. Manager is a joke. Burnt, messed up my order, terrible people. Cannot wait for someone to sue them. Absolutely ridiculous customer service it was appalling.

i ask for it off the grill they put that stuff in the microwave then told me it was to melted cheese, but I never had cheese if i wanted A leftover whopper to put in the microwave smdh 100 ppl back there and can’t get it right never again

Just yesterday I called Troy Ohio burger king asking for manager. I told her the last couple times we got food to go, the fries were only half full... and that my dad was on way to get some takeout and to be sure and fill them full. She replied with: I can't help it when they fall over. I said mam, they didn't fall over or we'd have found some inside bag. She then repeated the same thing twice more that she can't help if they fell over. So I hungup and quickly called dad who was almost to burger king. I told him go somewhere else because the manager simply didn't care. It's been numerous times this has happened, we get ripped off. Also whenever I'm eating inside, I often use restroom and twice at least have seen an employee come out of restroom stall as I was washing my hands. The employee did not wash her hands and went straight back to work. This is disgusting. I am totally done with Troy Ohio burger king. I studied restaurant op and they are very non professional at this location. They are rude, unsanitary, and can't do food correctly. Dad will never go back and word gets around. They are losing customers. Should be put out of business. Also the area where drinks are was nasty. This is all very non professional to say the very least

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger with no ketchup and add lettuce add mustard. Why did I receive 2 pattys with lettuce cheese.

The past few times we have come here I have been asked for my order and then asked to repeat every single item after I’ve said it. Very clearly. Additionally, the last two times I have used a debit card. The kid working at the window has asked me to sign a paper receipt on a little clipboard. It is 2025 and we don’t sign receipts at drive-through anymore. I could deal with these things normally but then we pulled up to get our food to the second window. The man working filling drinks with no gloves on had visible dirt under every single fingernail. My daughter commented on it and she never mentions things like that. We were both extremely grossed out that he was touching our drinks. As we sat waiting, we suddenly started noticing a very strong feces odor. It was gagging us both. I rolled the window up in the smell dissipated. I rolled the window on the passenger side down to see if perhaps it was something outside. The smell was not as strong or noticeable. I rolled the window back down to get our food and once again we were gagged with the overwhelming odor of feces. When we got home, I took a drink of my drink and looked down and noticed there was some sort of brown matter underneath the lid on my drink. I immediately threw it away. I am not sure what is going on there, but we will never come back to Burger King in Troy again I go to the one on Brown Street a lot and they are so kind. The food is always hot. They are fast and polite. There is obviously a problem at this location and it needs to be addressed because someone is going to get sick.
This place was phenomenal! The employees were super friendly, helpful, and patient. The food was perfect. It was really clean. I will definitely come again should we ever be in the area.

Not sure who the manager is but they are not doing their job. Two of the people are absolutely rude after struggling to order something. Both an upping guy cashing out and an older woman made fun of me after through The drive-through. I worked in customer service for several years and I can’t believe that they would go this far. Honestly, this would be a fire offense the way they handled this. They also got my order wrong after all I spoke clearly and they just couldn’t hear me? Or understand anything?

Destiny the assistant manger spent our whole visit screaming at the employees to the point we didn’t want to finish our food in the store because she made it so uncomfortable she was making fun of customers on the speaker asking questions about the food they serve it’s Friday night the drive thru is busy and the dining area is empty it’s 7:30 on July 11 2025 I’m going to ask her her bosses name because I’m going to bring this to their attention
