Cassano's The Pizza King

My husband and his father went to Troy for a funeral. They remembered Cassano's from the location in Bucyrus. My husband got take-out for us. He got me a small vegetable pizza. All I could taste was salt. I have never had salt in a pizza. I will not return.

The pizza is OK. Not as good as I remembered. Was charged $10 for 2 regular size fountain drinks which is insane. Could have ate at Marion's and got a pitcher of beer for the same money

Always good pizza

Delivery almost at 1 hr 30 mins when stated one hour was quoted. Can't call the store only a call center. Called to state delivery was late and was told to call back in five minutes. First time ordering, last time ordering. You should order somewhere else also. I want a refund.

Horrible. Placed order. Sat in store waiting for pickup. I understand being busy. But talk to your customers. Sat there at least an hour after waiting the hour for my pizza. Customers standing in line and repeatedly manager walked past us with nothing to say. Needless to say good thing I didn’t pay online. $80 order just walked out the door.

Very long wait for pickup, much longer than the 40 minutes the email said. Lots of people waiting, staff not super helpful or understanding. No one working the front counter. Dine-in folks are just walking in and walking out.

Really was amazing tavern style pizza. If you would like to have a good dinner this is your place.

Last 3 times we have waited almost an hour past pick up time for our pizza. Employees are not friendly.

Called order in for pick-up and was told 20 minutes. Arrived at appointed time, paid my bill, was told it would be "just a few minutes". TWENTY FIVE minutes later I finally got my order! No explanation, no apology. Very unprofessional conduct, especially by the Manager. For reference this was Friday 11--1-24, at 12:50pm, only 1 small family was eating in store

Pizza was over cook was given hard time by the server about it

Mediocre pizzas, tasted almost like a heated up frozen pizza, definitely nothing Italian about it, edible if you are really hungry, staff are great though and it’s not their fault what they have to sell so 10/10 for the staff, 2/10 for the pizza

To be honest, I didn't know it, but they are renovating the restaurant. We ate in the dining room but should have just taken it to go. It is dusty and messy inside. However, the food was great. It was hot and the pizza VERY good! The service was great, the lady that took our order was very kind and took great care of us. I am looking forward to seeing the place when it is finished. My recommendation, however, is to order food to go (or delivery) until the renovations are complete.

This place is clean. The kitchen is clean and the restroom was clean. Flavorful pizza and nice staff.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:10 pm.
It arrived at 8pm. The pizza was rubbery and barely warm. never Again!
