Need ice cream? Go here!! The servers were nice!! I left a $7 tip for a $8 ice cream bowl. I loved everything about it. The servers were amazing. as soon as I walked in the guy cleaning said welcome to cold stone creamery, the servers were the best!! Thank you very much!!!

This place was nice. Other reviews are right about it being slow and the workers being way overwhelmed though. I cannot justify in mind why they would keep the store staffed in the middle of a busy day with only 2 young, overwhelmed employees. I've worked food service before and I know it's very draining. At the end of the night I'm sure they get home and barely have the energy to do homework let alone throw off their uniforms. All of the complaints this place gets, gets them because their staff is CLEARLY exhausted and burnt. I could ask the employees something to their face and they wouldn't absorb it. So it's a good thing they're just as patient with you as your willing to be with them. If you have a good sense of respect and understanding you will have great service here! Lots of room for improvement from management, though.

Eleanor at the Troy, Ohio store was by herself with multiple customers in line on Aug 29 at 6p. She greeted each customer pleasantly and with courtesy. She handled the rush very professionally. Kudos to Eleanor!

Sent us the wrong order. Would not do anything to get us OUR order but for us to drive there to get it ourselves. 10 miles away after paying 35$ for it to be delivered. Nothing but kids working at this place. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service!

The new Halloween black ice cream (boo dough) made me poop bright green for a week.

Stopped to get something but the line was 24 deep and not moving. No owner or manager in sight. 3 very hard working girls trying to keep things moving. Cold Stone corporation should take this franchise away from owner. Spend the money and schedule enough people or be there yourself as an owner. Left because it would be an hour before I would have even got to ordered. This is a case where the owner doesn't care about their employees. These 3 employees deserve a raise.

While it takes alot for me to complain about anything. On 3.15.2024. We waited in line for over 45 minutes. From first observation, the online "door dash" orders took priority. With it being this busy, one would thing to shut down the online orders to appease the folks who have been waiting for almost.an hour. There were 3 high school girls who were absolutely busting butt to get everything in order. As an owner, I wpuld be down here helping. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is officially the slowest Coldstone in existence. The employees have zero hustle, we waited in line nearly 45 mine for them to serve 9 people in front of us.

I would rate this 4.8 only because they forgot to clean the scoop after getting someone else's. The rest was good.

While the shop was clean and the staff was friendly, multiple staff members stood around before taking my order as I stared at them, it was so long it was akward. When they did take my order, I had to repeat each order multiple times as if they weren't listening. Other than that, good I was pleased with the food, shop and service.

I visited a couple weeks back because I was really in the mood for some hand scooped ice cream and the lady who serviced us was super nice and helpful! The ice cream was great too and for the price, you sure do get alot! I definitely recommend this place.

I order the same thing. Reeses Peanut Butter Dream. The picture shows peanut butter drizzle but they never make it that way. I even asked today for it, just like the picture on their board but nope. Service was good.
